Seriously, where do I start!? The office staff are class acts... Jennifer was awesome with intake, Dr Cramer and her wonderful assistant were calming and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The first time in 45 years I didn't feel a thing during a root canal! Thank you for taking me seriously and taking such great care of me. Wish more businesses here were this awesome.

Dr. Cramer, Eisline and entire team at North Cobb Endodontics is phenomenal. From start to end it was a very smooth, transparent process. Was made aware of approx. financial responsibility prior to the visit. Electronic paperwork was sent well in advance so checkin was done in less than a minute. Proper amount of education was provided prior and during the treatment. The treatment was completed as planned considering my discomfort and pain. Best part was that the entire treatment was painfree. Entire team at the office made the entire experience very comfortable. Through instructions were given post treatment. THANK YOU !!!!!

This is the first root canal I have ever had to have and I was really nervous. When I arrived at the office the front desk was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They got me to the back very quickly and begin the process of checking out my tooth. They explained every step in the process to put my mind at ease. I am usually not difficult to numb up but this tooth was so bad it took some doing but when the procedure started I couldn't feel a thing. Dr. Cramer was very comforting and did a marvelous job. The procedure lasted four (4) hours and you would have thought I would have had pain afterwards but only slight tenderness. Dr. Cramer was so gentle in her technique I didn't even have pain afterwards. She has state of the art equipment and her and her staff are so courteous and professional. I would encourage anyone needing a root canal to use North Cobb Endodondics.

I went in from a recommendation from my dentist and was very very happy with my visit. From the moment I walked into the office everyone was so inviting and helpful. The office is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. I got a root canal done (first time) and they explained the process, showed me my scans and explained the anatomy and what was being shown through scans, and even showed videos of what exactly was being done. While the were operating they constantly were checking in with me making sure I was completely comfortable and had options to keep you distracted during such as headphones and Netflix! The experience was pretty much painless and I didn't feel a thing during. Overall a wonderful experience and wonderful office! I would recommend to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Cramer and team. The best referral ever!!! Dr Cramer is the Best! Steady hands, genuine concern for my comfort, and has the best team, from Iceland (sorry if it's misspelled) to the Jennifers in the front office. I highly recommend this team for your endodontics need.

I would highly recommend this office. Jen who handled my scheduling and front office was so friendly and helpful. The dental tech was so knowledgeable and thorough l. The dentist was amazing and kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Will only use this office in future for any root canals etc

I wish there were more stars. Dr. Cramer and her staff have an excellent practice. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The front office staff greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. The warmth I felt on arrival continued throughout my visit. The office is tasteful and calming. Dr. Cramer and her assistant continually made sure I was comfortable. A few days after my treatment I even received a follow up call from Dr. Cramer. Nobody want to need a root canal, but if you do, this is the place to go.

Right in the middle of shopping, baking, and wrapping presents for Christmas I was given some news from my dentist -"You need a root canal"! I was referred to Dr. Narisa Cramer at North Cobb Endodontics. I reluctantly called their office and made my appointment. Off I went dragging my feet all the way. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dr. Cramer and her staff. They were friendly and so helpful. I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Cramer is an excellent endodontic doctor. I must say this to everyone who is going to have a root canal in the future...Dr. Cramer never and I repeat never hurt me.. She explained exactly what she was doing. Root canal is all completed and honestly if I have to have another one - that's OK! I highly recommend North Cobb Endodontics to anyone who may need a root canal. Dr. Cramer and her staff are so efficient. I want to take a minute to thank each of them, Jennifer, Kennedy, Jenn B., Hailey and last but not least Dr. Cramer. You were so kind to me and made my visit so comfortable and pleasant. I hope to see you again one day - maybe next time we could move the root canal party to the Dunkin Donut Shop!! Patsy Cofer

Dr. Cramer is FANTASTIC! I have never had a better experience getting dental work done. Super informative, made sure I was comfortable and the whole staff was SO sweet! Make you feel right at home! 100/10 recommend!

Amazing doctor! After experiencing 6 procedures done years ago, I was paranoid getting in this chair... My #6 tooth had super long root and after unsuccessful attempt to do the procedure by another Endontonist, ( tooth located under the bridge ) I scheduled appointment with Doc.Cramer. At first I was shocked how young she appeared to be. She ensured me of her many of years of experience . Omg! No pain at all during the procedure and no problems after the procedure. ( didn't use offered laughing gas). My fear of Root Canal treatments is gone! Thank you Doc Cramer! It was a great experience and good pricing. Thank you!

This was the absolute best dental experience I've ever had! I was TERRIFIED when I came in. The staff is so friendly and comforting, I immediately relaxed. And I did not feel ANY pain. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends

I had a wonderful experience getting my procedure done, the staff took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process, and calm so much of my anxiety. The procedure went 1000 times better than expected because of the staff, from the front desk to the doctor herself!

This being my first root canal, I was very nervous but every single member of the staff was so kind and patient. They go above and beyond offering different ways to calm you down if you're nervous like music and nice scenery on TV, which really helped! It is very clear that they care about you being comfortable as well as getting the job done. Thank you to all of the staff!
