I only visited the office and was x-rayed for an extraction and eventual implant. So far, so good. The gals in the office were great. One was visiting from TX and she was very helpful and sweet when she took my x-ray and gave me pre-op instructions. The lady at the front desk who had me sign the disclosures was also helpful. Dr. Turley seemed nice, was younger than I expected (and cute!), and explained what would happen. I'm anticipating a good experience (under the circumstances) at my next appointment. 09.24.22 I had surgery last week and it went swimmingly! I barely had my head in the chair when I woke up feeling hardly any pain. The after surgery care was excellent and instead of receiving a call from the office folks, Dr. Turley called me himself to see how I was doing. That was a nice change. Highly recommend him and his staff for your oral surgery needs.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and it was almost painless. I did not know when the tooth had actually been pulled! Dr Turley did a great job!

Came here 5 years ago , Dr Turley Is the best out here in North county , took 4 wisdom teeth out & 1 extra one coming out of the ordinary, was easy & smooth no pain at all ! I recommend all my family to come here so far ! Thank you dr turley .

What a great experience. Dr. Turley and the entire staff are awesome. I really don't want to have another tooth extracted, but if I do need oral surgery again North Coast Oral Surgery will definitely get my business!

Who said oral surgery had to be intimidating? What a great experience! The dental assistant who took care of me was informative, friendly, and puts her clients at ease. Dr Turley is not only a great clinician and informative but also friendly and fun. He really puts his patients at ease. I almost wish I needed more oral surgery! rebecca

Dr.Turley saw me on an emergency basis. I left my dentist and immediately drove to his office to undergo and I&D. He was honest with the knowledge that since my swelling was so severe I wouldn't get he full numbing affect and it would hurt. He did a great job reassuring me through the procedure along with his assistant (sorry I don't remember his name) I finally felt some relief a few hours after and he even called to check up on me in the evening time. Everyone in the office deserves recognition for how great they are!

Called on Tuesday to set up an emergency appointment for my husband, Alyson helped fit him into their already busy schedule. Dr. Turley was very kind and explained the treatment and luckily he was able to make time to pull the tooth the same day and get my husband out of pain. I'm giving them 5 stars for being so accommodating, helpful and for how smooth the whole process was, definitely recommend. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Turley is the best! I had 4 wisdom teeth removed he explained the whole process and made me feel confident. After surgery he called to check up super thoughtful of him. He did such a great job stitching everything up I felt minimal pain afterwards. Highly recommend!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed and I absolutely loved the way they treated me! They were all so polite and made me feel comfortable ! I definitely recommend anyone with oral surgery needs to come here! You will not regret it !

Brought my wife in to have her wisdom teeth extracted today. She is doing great and it was only a few hours ago. Dr. Turley and his team were amazing. Answered all of our questions and helped calm her since she was nervous. Defiantly recommend Dr. Turley and his team.

Dr. Turley is simply an outstanding Oral Surgeon! I broke a tooth and the crack was substantial. It had to be extracted. I'm a senior and I was very concerned and anxious about the procedure. During the consultation, he put me at ease. He listens! My concerns were addressed. He earned my trust. The procedure was painless and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. He's personable, professional and obviously an expert in his profession. I give him the highest recommendation because it's earned! Thank you Dr. Turley.

Just had a double extraction that was incredibly easy. I planned for much longer, it was done in 20 minutes. No pain, no blood and no pain four hours after. Dr. Turley is very skilled. Hardly felt the Novocain shots either. While I hope I won't need his services for a while, I'll return with no hesitation. Great practice. They observe very strict Covid-19 protocols. Everyone very professional and pleasant personalities. Dr. Turley is very analytical, straightforward and gives one his straight unvarnished opinion and prognosis. He has a pleasant personality, and I liked him immediately. Going back for two extractions, then see where my situation goes from there.

Needed an emergency tooth extraction today and Dr Turley and his staff went above and beyond to squeeze me in today. Very grateful for their help and making the very best of a bad situation today. Staff was great and it was pretty pain free once he got started. Very blessed for all their help!

Dr. Turley is the man. He walks the perfect balance of being a professional but being completely down to earth. He explained the surgery and answered my questions, even the ones I asked over and over because I was so nervous. I had my surgery a few weeks ago, and am feeling great. It wasn't fun getting a tooth removed last year by another oral surgeon I will leave un named , but it was a nightmare. The implant surgery with Dr. Turley was great. Between Dr. Turley, his assistants, front office, and can't forget the music, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you North Coast Oral Surgery!!

Just left after having a tooth extraction. I felt like. I felt like I was there for 5 minutes and not an hour. Everything went smoothly and the service and staff were welcoming and engaging. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services.
