Beth was an amazing receptionist and was able to get me an appointment sooner than I had originally scheduled because I was in excessive pain. Tracy was absolutely awesome and helped so much - she was then best. Dr. Flynn was great and make sure I was okay the whole time.

Dr. Gregory Plona and his staff were wonderful! I had my wisdom teeth removed, He and his staff are exceptional at putting you at ease. The facility is welcoming, professional, and very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Gregory Plona.

The facility is welcoming,easy to find,and very clean. I had to see Dr Blood and his staff was second to none. He was kind,and skilled enough to get me in,out,and feeling little to no pain following my surgery. I highly reccomend this dr.

As a grown adult who's admittedly terrified of the dentist, this is the place to go for dental surgery. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional, especially Dr. Greg.

My 6 year old daughter had to have 2 teeth pulled within a week. Both visits were unplanned and each time we contacted the office they were able to get in the next morning. She has seen Dr. Blood and Dr. Ray Plona and both doctors were phenomenal! They were both kind and compassionate to me and to my daughter. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made the entire process from start to finish quick and easy! I would highly recommend!!

Had all wisdom teeth extracted on Friday went well, but DR never mentioned any pain management. Completely destroyed my weekend to finish my college HW due to massive headache of constantly feeling pain. Office closed at 1 PM & not open over weekend. had to just sit and suffer and not finish HW

Originally booked until the end of February. Called about 10 different places. Best dentist around. Had four wisdom teeth pulled in 40 minuets. Got there at 8am home by 9:39

Initial consult with Dr Raymond Plona was wonderful very nice and personable doctor. The office and billing staff are horrible had wrong insurance information in my file and wanted me to pay thousands up front claiming they were waiting on a response from my insurance in which they were never going to receive because they never submitted a claim staff totally incompetent does not care about patient retention at all

Updating my review: After 4 months, the financial part of my issues have been addressed and it is only fair I update my review accordingly. The problem was how it was explained the submission to Blue Cross had to occur as it had to be submitted to medical and then dental, then how follow up needs to happen after the medical part is submitted. I did try to suggest to North Coast how it could have been done differently up front based on my experience. In the long run, I've received most of the original payment via the insurance process. ------------------------ I agree with a few reviews here tied to the Billing department and their understanding of the insurance process - zero stars if I could. We were referred by our Dentist and had high hopes. We discussed billing and insurance process in detail as they were out of network for us. After a lengthy review, they assured me what we would pay vs. insurance. After all said and done, we paid a lot more out of pocket than expected. I have been going in circles to discuss the details and still struggling to get a credit for a certain line item. **Note for anyone reading this** I should have called my insurance provider directly vs. trusting what North Coast stated. I was leery to go out of network and stated my concerns with North Coast several times: shame on me for trusting them. Learned an expensive lesson with North Coast.

These guys were amazing. My son is high-functioning autistic and I was worried about how they'd handle the situation with him but they really reached him on his level. We were in and out in minutes.

I had a tooth pulled here this morning by Greg Palona. I was super terrified and have horrible anxiety. He and the entire staff were very nice and helped me feel at ease. It was over before I knew what happened. I highly recommend this place for any oral surgery. Everything was very clean and I felt welcomed when I got there by everyone, the receptionists also. I thank Dr. Gregory Palona and the entire staff for making my fear better and for being so nice

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. I had Dr. Greg Plona- both girls that I encountered in the back were absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. Greg was very thorough during my consultation. I was nervous when he came in for the procedure, he was cracking jokes and helping me relax (Greg if you're reading this you have made me want to buy another pair of brooks). From the time my mom left the room before my procedure started to the time I was in my car ready to go was LITERALLY 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing work. Today just a bit sore but I don't think I could've asked for better! Praying that recovery continues to go smoothly.

Had a really great experience here. I am someone who is really nervous at the dentist. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed unexpectedly, one was very swollen and painful. I called around and other places were offering a month or so away, this place got me in within 4 days! The procedure was a piece of a cake I remember nothing about it, no noises, no pulling or tugging, nothing! I woke back up in a recliner and was able to leave shortly after. Definitely recommend this place especially for anyone that is worried about having wisdom teeth out.
