Rude as ever. Called to make a appointment for y boyfriend, and the lady was so rude and not helpful at all. I wish I wouldve caught her name, but I didn't. I will never recommend this place or go there.

So I went to them for a tooth ache on 8/3/22 . I was advised that I had a cavity and need to have my wisdom teeth . So they set me up with a consultation the same week . After the consultation I vwas told that they will need to get authorization from both my dental plans. 3 weekes went by I heard nothing, so I called and was advised everything was approved. I was then given a apt for beginning of Sept I went only to be told they havent recvd approval. I was rescheduled. I went to the new appointment and was told the same thing. So i called a week latter to be told all approvals are in. Today is 9/16/22 I went.to have my tooth pulled to only be told thst they dont have the approval. Now you can text message me all week about an appointment and here it is 1 month later and you still dont have an approval. To only be told each time the office manager isnt in. Horrible Horrible service.

They numbed my tooth, then told me it would be 1500.00 dollars due today. Beware it took all of 1/2 hour. I would definitely call around before I went to them.

I have been going to North coast dental since I was 15 years old (I am now 29) This is still by far the best dental office I have ever been too. I would never even think about going elsewhere. They are so kind and very considerate of people who are feeling rather anxious about getting dental work done. Dr. Deshpande is the dentist who normally sees me and he is Amazing! He is so kind and he always does a great job. I had to get two teeth Extracted yesterday and I was feeling very anxious. The Doctor who does the Extractions on Fridays was absolutely amazing as well! He made sure I didn't feel any pain and the teeth were out before I knew it. I would recommend anybody to go to this dental office for any kind of dental work or oral surgery. Thank you North Coast dental!

I've been going to this dental office for years. Typically with no issues. My original dentist Dr. Zeaman is awesome and very professional. However I decided to take a weekend appointment and try another dentist there ... I scheduled a Saturday appointment and was given a time of 2:30. When I arrived maybe 5 late, the dental office was closed and I was told they were not going to service me and I would have to come back another day because the last appointment before mine was at 1:15 and they didn't want to wait ... although I had made this appointment well in advanced and was given the time of 2:30. This is so unprofessional and you cannot change appointments you made because you don't want to wait. That defeats the purpose of an appointment. Very disappointed and I would caution everyone going forward. An appointment doesn't mean you will be seen.

Been trying to get in for a cleaning for months, receptionist says hygienist is out and is clueless as when appointments will begin again. time to find another dentist.

The experience going to this Dental Office has been amazing. The professionalism, kindness and caring is something I've not honestly experienced at a Dental or even a Dr's office before. They truly make you feel like you're at home...Thank you so very much!

Best dental clinic. Got everything done in one visit. Cleaning was 30 minutes plus. My permanent dental for now on. Staff super cool and didn't have a chance to sit down and I was called to the back thank you.

This place is horrible. Very outdated and unprofessional. I simply had to reschedule my appointment and they told me I can't- that I'd have to call back on a daily basis to see what appointments are available for that day! What type of customer service is that? Never going back

Very unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment Diana kept throwing me on hold and then when I asked for the office manager she stated she was the office manager. I was referred here but I'll pass.

My daughter was nervous about getting her wisdom tooth pulled and actually had got up to leave but Shaunna was gracious and kind and talked her into giving it a second chance and stayed with her and held her hand. So thankful for her.

Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, BUT from the moment I walked in they we great. SO helpful and full of information. Highly recommend.

This is the best place ever for extractions. I was bracing myself for the extraction thinking the Dr. was tapping around to check the tooth and he actually had pulled it out. No pain! I have been going there for years and it still no pain. New dentures awesome. Natural looking and I did not end up looking like Mr. Ed. They are great Dentist!
