I love this dentist office and staff. I came in for a routine cleaning and later for a filling, and it's been a seamless and pain free experience. I know that trips to the dentist can be anxiety inducing, but I felt very at ease in their capable hands.

The first day I called which was on a Saturday, last minute right away they told me to come in and they will take a look. Even though I know my procedure would take multiple visits, without hesitation she started working on my tooth to easy up on my pain. Very gentle and caring with her procedures. Thank you Dr. Tavakoli and her kind team.

Dr Fiona and the staff are hands down the best dental practice I have been to. I have severe dental anxiety which has caused me to not go in for checkups as frequently as I should have and from the first visit, they made me feel comfortable and make a game plan to do work I had been overdue on. They are great at what they do and don't make you feel embarrassed for needing work done. I can't recommend this practice enough and I'm so happy to have found them!!

DONT GO they are pricey and they give you the bill while you are in the chair they dont trust you to pay at the desk I sat in the chair for an hour bring a book I WAS hurting after they gave me pain pills once when ai asked for a refil NO LUCK THEY SAID THE PAIN WOULD GO A AFTER TWO WEEKS forget this place

If I could give this place 0 stars I truly would. I never leave reviews, but I feel I should so I can make sure people know how terrible this place really is. I went in for a consult in January of 2020. They were friendly and nice at my first appointment. I needed a root canal, a temporary, and some fillings. They asked me to pay it all up front even though they took my insurance they wouldn't wait to see how much they covered. I ended up paying for WAY more work than I actually got done in my 1 appointment there and trying to get my money back after my insurance paid was so difficult. I ended up getting a couple thousand back but they still owe me more and I can't handle the hassle in my life to try and get the rest back from them. The things I did get fixed already need to be redone less than a year later and the temporary crown that was put on broke off my actual tooth at the gum line. I strongly urge you to find other places for dental work. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

North Coast Dental is a place of truly excellent service. Their professionalism and exceptional customer service is very unique given healthcare standards of California. They are kind, accommodating and patient. Dr Tavakoli is a highly trained professional and very personable. Everyone in this office treats you like their VIP and they never run out of politeness and kindness here. I highly recommend this entity to anyone who is looking for dentist to establish care with for long term and always would like to be treated respectfully.

I've been going here for the past 2 years with my daughter, and we loved it!!! Their customer service is superb. From the moment you walk in, they make sure to welcome you in and get you accommodated. If my husband didn't get new orders we would've stayed going here!!! If you need something done & there's a process to getting the work done I HIGHLY suggest listening to them and going in when they're reminding you to come back in. Don't ignore them because chances are you're just going to be in much worse pain when sh*t hits the fan. Gonna miss you guys!!! Thank you for everything!!! -Vai

The whole team at North Coast Dental Excellence are awesome. They got me in right away to get my denture repaired. All of the girls are very professional and nice and friendly!! I will recommend friends and family to them!!

Fantastic experience with dentists and staff. They call you to follow-up after procedures to see how you are doing, call to remind you of your upcoming appointments, they are mindful of your comfort (I had two crowns), focus on quality work, and teach you to best care for them.

My experience at NORTH COAST DENTAL EXCELLENCE has been wonderful! Everyone was so kind and caring. Dr. Fiona Tavakoli was very gentle, explaining to me everything that was going to happen, beforehand. I would recommend this dental office for all my friends. Dr. Tavakoli is a wonderful dentist!
