I am so happy, relieved and impressed by Dr. Natera! This is the best experience I have had getting a root canal. She has very high quality instruments so she is up to date with technology. The office staff were all pleasant as well. I would highly recommend him for these treatments! 5 stars from me!

The staff in the Gainesville office is nice. However, the dentist, specifically Dr. Natera, was very rude and terrible with children/pre-teens. They were supposed to call me back to be with him before they started and never did. He finally requested me. I had an eye mask and MP3 player for him so he doesn't have to see or hear the work being done. It helps him with anxiety about the procedure. The dentist tried to start before he got these things. He said "wait, wait" and she ignored him. So, he put his hand up to ask her to stop and wait and she freaked out. She threw her gloves off and left the room saying, "Forget it. I'm not doing it. I'm not working on him. No way. I'm not doing it" etc. My son started crying and saying sorry. He was ignored. I asked if they were still doing the procedure, I was ignored. She finally came back and started to numb him up without saying anything about it. It was the final straw when he said he felt pain and they told him he was wrong and it was just pressure. He kept saying it was pain and they ignored him. Finally, I tell him we're leaving. They tell me to wait and talk to the dentist again. I waited against my better judgement just for the dentist to come back and lecture him about how you can't touch a dentist. He said sorry, was crying again, and said he wasn't trying to touch her, he put his hand up to get her attention because they weren't listening to him and he wasn't ready to start. The staff was nice but the dentist was very rude and extremely unprofessional. They should NOT accept children here and I would advise against you taking your children anywhere near here, no matter their age.

Had a root canal after some pain in one of my back teeth. Dr. Jordan was absolutely incredible and made the entire experience extremely pleasant even with me being incredibly nervous. I hope I never have to get another root canal again, but if I do, I'm going straight back here.

I was referred here by my dentist Dr. Diaz for a root canal treatment and I was terrified. I was literally shaking in the chair but Dr. Natera came in and put all my fears at ease. She made sure I was plenty numb before proceeding and continuously asked me if I was okay. After being wonderfully numbed, I just about fell asleep in the chair during the treatment. No lie. Dr Natera and her assistant were both very gentle and thorough. I am one day post RCT and this is my first day without dental pain in a month. I am so relieved. Don't hesitate due to dental anxiety. With Dr. Natera, you are in good hands. Thank you.

Very bad experience in Gainesville starting the environment ending with the staff behavior. I would never recommend anyone this place. Luckily I found other beautiful places they treat root canals.

This office is amazing. They got me in quickly and got my root canal done with no problems. The office is very clean and cutely decorated. The lady at the front desk, Lisa, is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 do recommend.

Amazing people, I had to get a root canal and my dentist referred me to somewhere else, however my friend had recently come here and they recommended Dr. Natera so I came here. Best choice ever! The front desk lady, Mrs. Lisa was so sweet and helpful with my insurance. Akeemi (sorry if I wrote that wrong!) was such a great assistant and really calmed my nerves, and Dr Natera explained everything to me, I never felt any pain, I was very nervous but it was actually a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend coming here!!

They did my root canal very fast and was super explanatory and tried to ease my anxiety since it was my first root canal. Everything went well and I didn't have any pain AT ALL afterwards. A lot of people said root canals suck and I'd be in a lot of pain but I didn't experience even the slightest bit of pain during my recovery. I highly recommend them!

I called late last night and left a voicemail about some extreme pain from needing a root canal. Lisa called right away the next morning and helped me set up an appointment and figure out my dental insurance situation. She was beyond helpful and incredibly kind in helping me get the appointment set up. Once arriving at the office for care, Lisa again greeted me with much kindness. Dr. Natera and Akemy calmed any nerves I had with their peaceful demeanors. Dr. Natera is fantastic at her job and I also believe Akemy is the best assistant possible! Honestly, best experience I have ever had in any situation where medical attention was needed. Choosing Dr. Natera and her team will not be disappointing to anyone looking for needs this office can meet!

I definitely recommend NCF endodontics! The receptionist Lisa was wonderful and professional when ever I set up my appointments. Akemy always on point, whenever the Dr ask for a tool, she's always ready. And finally I definitely recommend Dr. Natera, she is amazing, professional, goes beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Everyone in this establishment treats you like family, and that's what we want. THANK YOU for everything!

My daughter is 11, had ADHD and is doesn't do change or new well. Dr. Masters was so patient and kind and did great work. I would highly recommend her if you're in the area. The whole staff is great. Thank you for taking such great care of my sweet girl.

Had a wonderful experience taking care of a necessary root canal. They were able to fit me in despite a full schedule, for which I am so grateful. Dr. Natera and staff are amazing. Such care and compassion. Highly recommend them should the need arise.
