Dr Jordan and her team are wonderful. She is great at explaining everything and truly cares about her patients. Rhonda is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I am so happy I have found this office.

Dr Jordan and staff were professional, patient, reassuring and informative. I was apprehensive about the procedure but they quickly put my fears to rest. My issue was efficiently and thoughtfully resolved.

Very grateful that Dr. Jordan was able to do my root canal. My appointment was scheduled quickly after the referral from my dentist. Rhonda was so friendly and helpful working on insurance benefits that were available. Minta, the dental assistant was so kind and patient answering my questions. Dr. Jordan was very thorough explaining the process on every step she took. I would highly recommend this office for dental work.

This place was great was nervous about getting a root canal but they made it easy to get root canal very clean office and everybody was pleasant. I would recommend this place if you need a root canal they know what there doing very professional staff.

Dr. Jordan & her entire staff are the best! I had to have a root canal today & have major anxiety with any dental work. She took the time & explained everything to me. Her & her assistant continued to make sure that I was ok during the entire procedure! I have to say that it was the best dental experience I have every had! I would not ever go anywhere else! Kudos to the entire office! Thank you for taking care of me & getting me in so quickly!

My experience at NCF Endodontics was top notch. The Dr took me as an emergency and I am extremely grateful. Root canals are not something you look forward to but this was by far the most painless work I've had done. It is so rare to find a group of true professionals from the front to the back! Thank you!!!!

My name is Anna, I definitely recommend NCF endodontics! The receptionist Lisa was wonderful and professional when ever I set up my appointments. Akemy always on point, whenever the Dr ask for a tool, she's always ready. And finally I definitely recommend Dr. Natera, she is amazing, professional, goes beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Everyone in this establishment treats you like family, and that's what we want. THANK YOU for everything!

My Name is Norma I flew in from New York to have a root canal done on my front tooth it took me awhile to find someone good in New York which unfortunately was unsuccessful ... thank god for Dr.Jordan and her assistant Aminta in the ocala office both made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was painless...Dr.Jordan knowing how scared I was she explained everything that she was doing as well as her assistant Dr.Jordan has such a beautiful bedside manner as well as her assistant they are a good team. I am so happy I came to her I flew in Thursday and had my procedure on Friday to come back to New York Sunday with No pain and was still in shock of how scared I was and felt nothing Dr.Jordan is highly recommended... I will definitely fly in for my 1yr follow up and for any other procedure in her field she will definitely be the one to do it thumbs up!!!

Very thankful to Dr. Jordan for taking care of my root canal. They were able to get me in very quickly and took great care of me. Her and the staff she has are all great and very nice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jordan!!

If I could give more stars I would! Everyone at the Gainesville office was so incredible, from the time we called to schedule , to the receptionist , dentist and assistant. My daughter and I were treated with nothing but patience and kindness and are forever grateful. I can't say enough good things about Dr Natera and her staff; truly wonderful people doing great work. Thank you all so much again!

Staff was friendly and very helpful! The office was very clean. The endodontist, Marianella Natera, was very helpful and informative, answering every question I had. She explained everything in detail which I appreciate. I was nervous but she and her wonderful staff made me feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend this endodontist! I drove 2 hours to their office and very thankful I did!

They have an exceptional customer service. Since you go inside the building you can feel the good atmosphere. I'm really thankful to everyone work over there for the excellent job. The Dr. And the assistant are so nice and know very well their job, they do an awesome job. Thank you so much.
