Dr. Matt is a comprehensive cosmetic and family dentist who takes pride in treating patients like his own family. He was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University, he completed his dental training at the University of Detroit-Mercy. Dr. Matt relocated to Phoenix to begin his dental career in 2008.
Since then, to expand his skills and offer the highest level of care for his patients, Dr. Matt has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education. Dr. Matt is currently active with several local study clubs that focus on advanced restorative and cosmetic techniques.
The personalized care and attention to detail that Dr. Matt provides are truly exceptional. He takes the time to get to know his patients and form trusting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding of treatment options. This helps him customize treatment to best suit each patient.
When not at the office, Dr. Matt spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters. You might catch him watching his girls dance practices or cheering them on at dance competitions. He makes physical fitness a priority, starting his day in the gym, or practicing yoga. When time permits, he enjoys hiking the mountain preserves, cooking, and taking National Park road trips with his family.
Dr. Vijal Vadecha graduated from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona. She is affiliated with the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. She has contributed her time at multiple dental events including Give Kids a Smile, as a volunteer dentist at community health clinics in different parts of the country, and taught oral hygiene at a local elementary school.
She believes ideal dentistry is different for every patient who walks in through the door. As her patient, you can expect her utmost dedication to designing an ideal treatment plan that best suits your needs and desires. Her goal is to have you smiling as you walk out the door.
Born and raised in Southern California, moving to Arizona was a big change for her but she is loving it here. She enjoys hiking on the weekends and trying to find all the good hidden food spots around Phoenix. Thai and Mexican food are her absolute favorites! Her favorite book is The Shadow in the Wind. She loves to travel and explore new places, food, and culture. Nevertheless, San Diego will always be her #1 vacation spot!
Mimi is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her dental hygiene degree. With over 25 years of experience, she still loves what she does helping patients achieve and maintain healthy mouths! Her ability to connect with patients is very special. When not in the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and hiking North Mountain. Fight on!
Erin grew up in Upstate New York. After graduating college, she briefly moved to Florida before upgrading to the dry Arizonaclimate, where shes practiced dental hygiene for the past 17 years. While helping her patients maintain optimal oral health, Erin enjoys the lasting connections she makes with patients.
Lamiya relocated to Phoenix from the Pacific Northwest. Before bringing her skills to dental assisting, she honed her eye for beauty as a stylist for several years. Shes great at making patients feel safe and comfortable during their dental visit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the mountain preserves and volunteering at the animal shelter.
Keiri was born and raised in Phoenix. Her interest in dentistry began when she had braces and led her to Brookline College where she received her dental assisting training. She is passionate about her profession and devoted to making our patients feel safe and relaxed during their treatment. In her free time, Keiri enjoys hiking Piestewa Peak and taking road trips with her friends and family.

Diane has also been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started out as a dental assistant and later moved to the front office. She has worked with Dr. Alderette since 1994 when she moved to Phoenix from Southern California and is a great addition to North Central Family Dentistry.
