Dr Schmidt listens to you. He actually didn't rush the procedure. And he explained what he was doing before he'd do it. He also tries to make you less nervous with cheesey office music (he called it that lol). If I ever need an endodontist again, he is the one I will go to again.

I've always heard horror stories about a root canal. Dr.Schmidt, assistant, and the front desk girls made this an enjoyable experience! Dr. Schmidt told jokes, stories, and brought up old movies that I haven't seen in years. Great sense of humor! I hope I don't have to go back but if I need this kind of dental attention again, I will for sure come here! :)

Just the words "Root Canal" can scare anyone from getting one right? There is absolutely nothing to be worried about. Dr. Schmidt & his associates make you feel completely at ease!! I really enjoyed my time there even tho I could not laugh at the jokes Dr. Schmidt was telling me during the procedure. Don't worry he can talk and work at the same time. Highly recommended!!

I needed a root canal done but had put it off for quite a while because I had anxiety about the procedure. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Schmidt and her experience so I made the trip from Minocqua to Wausau for a consultation. Put me at ease immediately. Great personality very easy-going and very thorough. Just finished the procedure and I've had fillings done by dentists that took way longer and way more uncomfortable than this root canal. He was very informative, and shared a few personal stories while he was doing the procedure that made me relax instead of thinking about what was being done. So glad I came here as his level of experience with this procedure was definitely evident in this visit.

It was not necessarily a place I wanted to be. But they were very professional , doctor Schmidt got right to the point and took care of the problem. I couldn't have picked a better place!

Extremely talented and professional practice. Dr. Schmidt was welcoming, down to earth and knowledgeable. They made a bad situation into an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!
