I would give a million stars to this practice, so stop looking and make the appointment. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this is where I would get the help I needed. Dr. Wong and all of her staff from the front desk to the orthodontic assistant's are patient and kind and made me feel optimistic about my treatment! I literally had braces applied today and can't wait to continue care here! Edit* Since Dr. Wong left the country (with no notice) most of the staff has changed as well. It's not bad, just not like it was with Dr. Wong. I don't feel like I really know what's going on with my treatment, hard to get an appointment..Dr. Scala is nice. Edit* 10/22> Currently, Dr. Kryn is the Orthodontist on staff. He is very nice and thoroughly explains your treatment plan each visit. He also actively listens to your concerns and questions. The front office staff and assistants in the back are also so helpful and nice!! Make an appointment!

I had several consultations at various Raleigh orthodontist. Dr. Edwards made me feel comfortable and explained every possibility to me. This allowed me to feel confident in the decision I made. I am happy that I chose NCOSO for my braces treatment and looking forward to my results in about a year!

I began Invisalign over a year ago and I have noticed amazing changes with my treatments. Front desk staff is always pleasant as well as the dental assistants who have helped me. Dr. Edwards is now going to help me complete my journey 10/10 would recommend this office.

The atmosphere in itself was very inviting. From check in to check out, the entire staff was friendly and pleasant. Both Leah and Dr. Edwards made my son's orthodontic appt a wonderful experience answering questions and explaining in depth our treatment plan. My son was excited about getting braces and Leah shared in his excitement. Wonderful customer service.

I do not recommend this practice at all. There were multiple issues here and I am completely unsatisfied. Lack of communication is insane and they do not seem to care much about their patients.

When my son started Invisalign treatment, they were informed that he was a neurodivergent individual. They were more than happy to take my money and said that they could work with him. Well, today they stopped treatment. The Assistant Manager said we were wasting the doctor's time. Wasting his time, I am paying him a lot for his time. My son is now in a retainer. His teeth are not straight. But they said he was non-complaint so they stopped treatment. If you have a child who is different, do not waste your money going here. They are not understanding and will not work with you and your child.

Dr. Kryn is phenomenal. After being on Invisalign for nearly 2 years under a different provider, and somehow falling through the cracks with treatment, I was transferred to Dr. Kryn that completely changed my outlook on my treatment. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, he is diligent, and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone seeking orthodontic care in the triangle.

I moved to NC about 5 years ago with newly straightened teeth thanks to an orthodontist back home. Unfortunately, I threw my retainers away at work a few weeks ago and noticed my teeth started to collapse back into chaos. Panic-stricken, I called NCOSO and was able to secure an appointment very quickly. All the staff were very warm and friendly (shout out to Chris!) Dr. Wong has great energy, skill and an obvious passion for making smiles beautiful. She presented me with all possible treatment options without pushing me in any particular direction. I look forward to working with her!

This office was one of the most professional, yet relational offices i have ever been to. They were extremely timely with my appointment time and made sure that I was tended to during my check up as well. They provided consistent, top-quality care the moment I stepped into the office to the moment I stepped out. High reccomend.

One thing I can say about this facility is they have a great staff. One staff member in particular is Shy Cruz. I have known here for years and have worked with her before. She is a great worker. Hardworking, dedicated and a real go-getter.

Contrary to popular belief, dentists do not derive pleasure from the fear and pain of their patients. Believe it or not, they want what's best for your oral health while balancing comfort and care. The care, support, and attention of the staff here are exemplary of such efforts! The dental assistant, Haley, answered any question I had and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Not only were the staff particularly warm and inviting, but the waiting area and operating spaces as well. Straying away from the bare white walls and cold tile floors reminiscent of big hospital emergency rooms, the well-paneled wood flooring and pistachio green walls helped detract from the typical anxiety associated with medical appointments. Also, it is conveniently located off of I-440 and is situated between a Walmart and CVS, meaning quick and easy access to address possible pharmaceutical needs post-visit. All in all, it checks off all the things you could want from dental care and more, leaving me with no qualms and a bigger, brighter smile!
