Dr. Dunn & her associates were so amazing. I was nervous about getting 3 wisdom teeth removed, using general anesthesia. The process was so quick. I begged to see Dr. Dunn again before I left so I could tell her thank you. I couldn't wait to write this review. If I could go back I would but the associate said wisdom teeth don't grow back lol, of course, but that's just to say they took very good care of me.

Let me start by saying I have never had such an awful experience with a medical office in all of my life. We first went to Lane and Associates for cleanings. I scheduled my daughter and I for back-to-back appointments and my daughter got her cleaning but the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning after my exam so he didn't clean my teeth and said that they would call me in 2 weeks to schedule the deep cleaning after getting authorization from my insurance company. That never happened. Instead I received a bill for $800 twice which was the charge for two cleanings even though I gave them my insurance card during the appointment. I had to contact the office multiple times to get them to file the claim with the insurance company because these services are covered at 100%. In the meantime we scheduled an appointment with North Carolina Oral Surgery and Orthodontics right next door for my daughter's braces. We arrived at the appointment they put the braces on and everything was fine but I noticed they only scheduled her for appointments every other month yet they were billing me every month through automatic draft. In February I asked them to stop automatically withdrawing money from my account and allow me to pay every time she visit for whatever it was that she was getting done that day. I did this because I was paying $130 every month but her visits every other month only lasted 5 minutes and that didn't make sense to me. I was told that if I stopped the automatic draft they would charge me a $500 fee so I decided to discontinue treatment. My daughter had a total of four appointments for her braces but I've been charged $130 nine times which doesn't include the $700 initial payment. The office never filed a claim so now they're calling me saying more money is due even though what I've paid exceeds the cost of treatment she's received. The billing department refuses to send me a breakdown of her treatment costs and instead want to send me a ledger of the contract charges which feels like a complete scam. I've called and emailed multiple times and cant get to the bottom of this because no one knows who put the notes in from previous calls and each time I speak to someone the information changes. The billing representative, Michelle, insists their system doesn't allow or show costs of services but what company can do business without knowing what each procedure cost? By sending a ledger based on a general contract fee, they can bill my insurance for my full benefit even when they haven't completed services amounting to that max benefit payment just like they did for my cleaning which never happened.

How can someone schedule an appointment or do business with you all if your office never answers phone calls? This office has really gone bad!

Dr. Hart and his staff are excellent! They are friendly and very knowledgable from the front desk staff to the dental assistants. I had Invisalign for almost 2 years with them and it was a great experience. I recommend going to see Dr. Hart. They also play awesome 90's rock music!

I did my orthodontic consult w/ Cheyenne. She was absolutely amazing. She did some scanning on this machine that showed me how my teeth will move, and I was sold! I told her I was weary about having brackets and wires, and so she showed me an alternative called Spark. Doctor Hart is such a kind spirit. I could tell that he had my best interest in mind. I am set to get my braces on in April.

I love coming to the Lane & Associates they are on point they keep my son's teeth fresh his mouth is always perfect they are very dependable very clean and hard-working don't not get your teeth fixed at Lane & Associates get your teeth done at Lane & Associates

There aren't enough stars to adequately depict how AMAZING the staff (specifically Cheyenne Cruz) and Dr. Hart were to me! To discover I can have my bite corrected made me cry. So thankful!

$472 for a consult on two teeth, and my 3D scan x-rays from a few months ago from the lady who evaluated me for root canal and said the tooth was healthy, likely won't be good enough. If you're not rich with money to throw out the window, run don't walk away from this place. Terrible!!!

I can't praise Dr. Dunn and the staff enough for the treatment I received. I am 68 yrs old and have had many folks digging in my mouth down through the years.. I can't remember ever having such an experience as I did under Dr. Dunn's care. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and caring. One would think having oral surgery for a cracked wisdom tooth would be a nightmare. As I prepared for the worse it was over before I knew it. Believe it or not but having Dr. Dunn extract my cracked wisdom tooth was a very pleasant experience. I know what you are thinking that I must be crazy to think having oral surgery would be a pleasant experience. But, indeed it was and I am not crazy. It was a piece of cake. Very little pain and very little pain medication needed afterwards. Anyone needing such treatment I strongly encourage you to put your trust in Dr. Dunn and her staff. Definitely a go to place. It's a wonderful thing to be able to get everything done in an one-stop-shop. I was able to get my braces and oral surgery consultation at this single location. Every staff member was pleasant and informative! Now I'm scheduled and ready to go.

My experience with the office was amazing i spoke with Corey he is very friendly and knowledgeable about orthodontics and oral surgery. He explained everything i needed to know when im ready to get Braces or oral surgery. So glad i spoke with him
