Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. I really have a great experience at this office , from the front desk staff to everyone in the back. Even when I had an issue everything is always quickly resolved. I previously had a bad experience with another dentist who I felt shamed me for my teeth problems and really didn't provide much information regarding cost of things. My first visit at Broad Street I was evaluated, told what needed to be done and the cost breakdown with my insurance. They really set up my payments in a way that was affordable for me and I truly appreciate that. Dr. Ben Pomeranc is nice , knowledgeable, informative and has a great sense of humor too. His dental assistants Brittany and Rose are also so sweet and nice and always made sure I was comfortable. I will always recommend.

Today was my first visit at this office and everyone I came across were amazing with me. Brittney was very informative and let me know what she was doing before doing it . Dr P was just great. I was in the office for a few hours because I had big job but I felt like I was apart of the team!! I loved the environment and can't wait to go back and finish the job. :)

My appointment time was 9 am I'm still in the waiting room at 945 if I call to cancel or walk out they are going to charge me $75 I asked exactly how much to pay before I came I was told one price and now I have to wait to talk to the doctor to find out how much I have to pay. If it wasn't for the fact that this is an emergency I would have just walked out!!!! I want to give no stars but google won't allow it.
