They did not call me to remind me of an appointment 6 months out then when I called them to tell them they never called me they charged me 50$ for missing my appointment!!I could understand if this had happened more then once but Iv never missed an appointment. Update missed a 2nd appointment my tire blew out I tried to call them but either my phone or theirs was not letting me thru, they charged me again. This is only my 2nd appointment missed and they send me mail stating it's my 3rd and another will dismiss me from their practice! BEWARE

The care that I have received at North Bridge Dental has been the best by a long shot; the staff here has far exceeded my expectations. Every single visit and every interaction with them I've had has been so pleasant. Dr. Collins, Susan Powell, and all of their team members are very kind, patient, and personable. They communicate so well and always make sure I am comfortable. On top of all of that, they are very reasonably priced and have great plans to suit all your dental needs. As long as I'm living in the area, I don't see myself ever switching dentists. Can't recommend North Bridge highly enough!

UPDATE 2/16/22 ~ So disappointing...We've been patients at Northbridge Dental for 5+ years. This past November I had a situation come up and I forgot my appointment, because of this I was charged a $50 missed appointment fee. While I think that is excessive and does not allow for unplanned emergencies or situations, I was resigned to paying at my next cleaning appointment. Before that appointment could occur I had a tooth break and attempted to make an appointment. I was told I would have to pay the $50 before I could be seen. I have never owed this office money that wasn't paid when due and yes, while I still believe it to be excessive and even a little ridiculous, paying it was never the issue. Being asked to pay the fee before I could make an appointment, for my broken tooth, is no way to treat a long time patient. And in full disclosure, I did become irritated when I called and maybe even a little ridiculous myself with my response. I believe there is a certain way to treat loyal patients/customers and this is not the way. I choose Dr. Collins because he is young and would likely be in practice for many years and had hoped he would be our last dentist. Now, I will be paying the $50 and getting mine and my husbands records to go somewhere else. My husband and I went for our first visit and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Collins and his staff were very helpful and non-judgmental. The office is new, clean and up to date and there was no waiting! I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. 7/26/2017 ~ Dr. Collins is awesome and I would never be able to navigate through 2 insurances without Susan. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I never have to wait!

If I could give more than five stars I would! Dr. Collins is a phenomenal dentist! Very understanding and patient. He did five fillings on me in less than an hour and a half and I never felt a thing. The whole staff are very kind! The office is modern, clean, and there is never a wait. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a lot of dental work done, Dr. Collins is very fast and does excellent work.

my 7 year old child had an appoiment today and she has an abcess forming was running 3 minutes behind schedule - which SUSAN from the office staff had refused to honor this appoiment due to not being there exactly at 4 pm when I called to ask questions why she stated its due to my child missing an appointment in 2018 - she then screamed and yelled that she was not going to argue (which nobody was arguing) and then hung up on me and refuses to answer my calls now- worst service ever - denying a child services due to traffic especially during a pandemic and complete and total rudeness if any of my office staff acted this way they'd be fired on the spot -

Our family has been going to this office for a few years now. An amazing review is far over due. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone who works there. I have two young children (5 and 3 1/2). They have no fear of visiting the dentist and I give full credit to the team at North Bridge Dental. They are kind and patient with our children.... always answering their many questions with clear and friendly answers. It's so clear that they all enjoy what they do. The office is always super clean and has really pretty decor. I would recommend this office to anyone at any age. Thank you to everyone for always making our visits the best they can possibly be.

I was new to this clinic and I thought it was a keeper, but unfortunately I now have such a bad distaste for this office. I came here once for a filling which went well. I made an emergency appointment and called to cancel but was still charged. When I called to schedule another appointment I was told they didn't receive the message and said the $50 no show fee is valid. I asked if they could at least wavie especially since I am new. Susan proceeded to say that I am not new, and that I have already missed two appointments. I reminded Susan that I have only been to the office once, and she said "because you had so much work done I thought it was more then that"!!! (Seriously!)I asked her to tell me what other appointments I cancelled and she wasn't able to find it. I told her I had only cancelled one appointment and that my cleaning was cancelled by the office. She then said she will have to cancel my next months cleaning because I'm new so it will have to be an hour long. For the second time my appointment have been cancelled. Susan was very unprofessional and I nor my husband will feel comfortable going back to that office. Based on other review is seems like Susan has been a trending issue. I would recommend that she takes sensitivity classes in hopes that she will gain better customer service skills, and prevent further loss of customers due to her unprofessionalism.

The best dentist I've ever been to. Competent, friendly, upfront about costs and options. Not afraid to refer you to a specialist when needed. Accepts most insurances and has an in-house discount plan you can sign up for

Dr. Collins and the rest of his team are simply amazing! They provide a light, calming atmosphere with high quality and thorough dental work! It was obvious that the care you receive was of upmost importance to them. The entire staff is friendly, professional and very relational. I was recommended North Bridge by a friend as I recently moved to the area and highly recommend them to anyone as well!
