Dr. Szyperski was born in New York City and grew up in Marin County, California. She graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco in 1997 and is a member of the Redwood Empire Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Szyperski provides comprehensive and personalized treatment to enhance your smile in the best way possible for you, whether thats through dental implants, porcelain crowns, aesthetic veneers or a Botox treatment, which is an option for both therapeutic and aesthetic purposes.

An overall great experience and wonderful staff. I loved talking with Karen during my x-rays, Deena was very gentle during my exam and transparent about the follow up I needed. I really enjoyed the paraffin wax treatment on my hands and the flowers I received for being a new patient.
I was born and raised in Petaluma and the surrounding area. I have had the pleasure working in the dental field, helping people achieve healthy smiles for almost 30 years. Currently, I coordinate the front office activities at Dr. Szyperskis dental practice. My job includes treatment planning, scheduling, discussing treatment & financing options with patients and ensuring the highest degree of patients satisfaction.

I love this dentist. I hadn't seen a dentist for too long. Dr. Szyperski is amazing. She is so gentle and kind. Her ability has exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front office to the assistants are friendly and helpful. I feel pretty again and I can eat without discomfort. I have recommended her office to close friends and coworkers. I wish I had done this sooner.

Finally, a dental office where I feel valued and respected. I was looking for a gentle dentist who could help with my extreme fear and anxiety. Margaret, the office manager, answered all my questions, untangled insurance issues, and welcomed me like a favorite niece. Not great news about my poor tooth but Dr. Szyperski took the time to show me a deep breathing technique, laid out the options and explained everything. I'm not dreading seeing them again and that's like a 10 star review right there.

Despite the supposed Argus-Courier poll, Dr. Syzperski is the best dentist in Petaluma! I have had the good fortune of her care since I moved to Petaluma in 2019. My husband was afraid of dentists, yet I was able to get him to go see Dr. Szyperski. While he did not enjoy his dental visits, he trusted the Dr. Szyperski, Margaret and all the lovely members of the office. Just recently I developed an abscess on a tooth. I was having a terrible time getting an endodontist through my insurance. Dr. Szyperski was out of town, and yet she responded to every message I left for her. She did everything she could, and more, to get me help. Finally, she took the X-rays and made a referral, even thought it wasn't required by my insurance, but was insisted upon by the endodontist. Dr. Syzperski is a consummate professional in all ways, and her dental care is superlative. I personally like the fact that her office looks and feels like a welcoming dentist's office and not a beauty spa!

Dr. Szyperski and staff (especially the sweet receptionist Margaret) have all been amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and personable, I recommend them any chance I get. The doctor and staff have worked with my sensory processing issues and anxiety about dentists and I no longer have an issue, I even look forward to my visits!

I didn't realize you could actually enjoy going to the dentist. I have never had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in the staff was attentive and warm. The woman who did my x-rays made it as painless as possible and cracked jokes the entire time. The dentist was amazing. She has incredible bed side manner. I have never felt so taken care of. Everyone there was so great, I went back to my office beaming and telling everyone I have the best dentist in the world. I also referred them to 2 co-workers. She scraped off 3 years of plaque and was so polite about the fact that I could be doing a better job of taking care of myself and my teeth. She actually read the intake forms! When I went to check out Margaret at the front desk presented me with some beautiful purple mums and thanked me for being a new patient. North Bay Smiles is out of this world amazing. You won't regret becoming a patient.

I called North Bay Smiles with a complaint of a sharp pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Szyperski told me to come right in and she fit me in to have X-rays taken. Within an hour, I had answers to my pain and a plan/action to resolve that pain! I felt well cared for by the whole staff! Oh, did I forget to mention this was all accomplished the day before they closed for a week and a half for Thanksgiving? North Bay Smiles is at the top of my list of people to be Thankful for this Thanksgiving!

Visiting from out of town, I called the office with dental emergency. They saw me immediately. After a short visit, they scheduled an appointment with a specialist for me. The team at this practice is OUTSTANDING! They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Highly recommend!

We have just relocated to Petaluma and we were in desperate need of a great dentist to get my teenage boys ready for braces. I also was overdue for a teeth cleaning and dental work which I put off because it's usually painful and I really hate it. My teeth cleaning was the best experience I have ever had....no pain or sensitive nerves. Thoroughly professional from the moment you walk in the door right through to asking for this Google review. Very on point, affordable and I would absolutely recommend NorthBay Smiles an a great family dentist ...they are in the top 10 percent!

I visited NBS location with plenty of parking. My partner and I have been seeking a caring and professional dentist. I found them. They took care of me right away and went above and beyond compared to other over priced dentist I have visited in the past. They will work with your budget and health plan but most of all take care of you.

I am 70 years old, a new patient. I told them I had not gotten My teeth cleaned for 15 months because of COVID I told them I had no pain or emergency I ask for a cleaning and X-rays They gave me an appointment and confirmed it three times. When I got there it was a bait and switch $114 for X-ray and evaluation and no cleaning This was a horrible experience Taking advantage of old people Will never go there again I walked out without anything Very heartless people Get the money The Dentist responded to my complaint by lying I never said I had a dental problem I told them the opposite I had NO PAIN I needed cleaning after 15 months More lying and incompetent staff

I wish I could give 100 stars. This place is by far the best and most caring place I've ever experienced. Margaret is an absolute ANGEL on earth, she is so patient and kind and very knowledgeable. I called her and started to sob on the phone as I was frustrated with a different dental office and she was so comforting and understanding. Dr. S is so personable and gentle I felt so at ease with her. I usually struggle with high anxiety with dentists and I'm 100% at ease walking into her office. Her MAs are amazing and make a real effort to know their patients. I could rave forever how much I recommend this place, I appreciate you all at NBS!

The first phone call I made to inquire about Dr. Szyperski, I was greeted by Margaret, and immediately knew I found the perfect Dentist and staff. She was so pleasant during our phone conversation, and made everything simple for my family and I. The day of my first visit, I was met with the warmest welcome by Margaret. Then soon after Dr. Szyperski joined, as she guided me to where I would ultimately be seen, as she also introduced me to her wonderful hygienist, who had at the time only been part of her team for a week. It was immediately clear to me that Dr. Szyperski and her office is like a magnet for very good and talented people. Dr. Szyperski herself was beyond amazing during my visit. She is an absolute class act, who clearly is very passionate about her craft, and cares very much about her patients. As a child, should someone had told me I'd be this excited about a dental visit, I would have never believed it:)) Many thanks to you all, Dr. Szyperski and staff!

You could not find more amazing, kind, or thorough staff. I used to have a terrible fear of the dentist for many years. Since I've been coming to North Bay Smiles I have never feared coming to the dentist. They always listen to and respect anything you need. They will go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. And the receptionist, Margaret, is the most lovely person and vastly experienced in getting claims covered through your insurance. Every single staff member is personable, experienced, and efficient. Could not recommend this office more.
