Dr Patel and her team are always amazing! My entire family visits here and can't say enough good things! The office is beautiful and clean, with both of these items earning a 10 out of 10.

Bin going here for quite a while now never had any issues. Dentist is very nice. When you get a crown they make it in the office during the visit so it all gets done in one appointment it's great.

Very disappointed with the doctor and her demeanor. She has a condescending way of speaking to people. She needs a lesson in etiquette and her staff could use a class on customer service. They are real quick to charge your insurance for everything they can, but when you question the service you're receiving you're made out to feel small and unimportant. Worst bed side manner I've ever encountered. 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars, worst dentist around for sure.

All's I can say is wow! leaving another dental practice I was a little leary of change. North Bay family dental could not have made a more pleasant experience. Amazed at how friendly the staff and Doctor Patel was. Season my Hygienist was on her game. Through cleaning and a gentle touch. Yes done such a great job I will ask for her on future appointments. Dr. Patel did her exam, thoroughly, with pleasant conversation. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had to find a new dentist due to insurance changes. I've been going to Dr. Patel for about a year now. The office is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and accommodating, appointment times are respected (little to no wait time), and the location and appointment times are convenient. The hygienist is thorough and the dentist spends adequate time in each appointment. I've been very happy at North Bay Family Dental.

It was the worst ever dentist that I met! I am sharing my experience on visiting this office on Dec 2020 through early spring 2021. When we moved around the area, me and my wife looked for a new general dentist for the regular cleaning and checkup and finally chose this one because of its good google review. Both of us scheduled for our first visit for checkup and cleaning. They sent us an email with a link to enter name, address, insurance, etc and we filled them before the appointment. The day that I went there, they admitted me right on the time (it was the only good thing about them!). The person told to me that I am all set and do not need to pay anything. I did my cleaning and checkup with several x-rays and the doctor told me I have two teeth that need to be filled. They scheduled another appointment for that. On the next visit for those teeth, the doctor started the work and when she was done, she told me that I touched the nerve on one of the teeth!! You may need a root canal and I cannot do it here!! You need to go somewhere else and do the root canal! Did I hear that correctly? It was the first time that something like that happened to me! Did not she see on the x-ray that there might be a chance of touching the nerve? Did not she need to tell me that there is a chance to touch the nerve and the also fact that she does not offer any root channel treatment in her office? I assume she had to, and in that case most probably I would not allow her to touch that tooth. So, I had to find a trustworthy dentist to take care of that tooth, schedule an appointment, etc. It took a long time for me to finally see a doctor and I was suffering from the occasional pain in that time! To be fair, the other dentist told me that she has done a good job on filling that tooth. Anyways, I moved out of Maryland few months later and I was happy that I no longer need to see and contact that doctor. But, I received a call from her office on late spring about my billing for the first appointment, the cleaning!. She told me that my MetLife insurance has not accepted my bill!. But, I never had a MetLife dental insurance. It was my wife that had MetLife. Apparently they messed up our files and records. Then she asked me to pay around 240 bucks just for the cleaning!. Definitely, that was my responsibility to pay that bill and I did pay, but that was interesting that when I complained that your office has messed up about the insurances I found that she is not open about any objection about that and told me that if I do not pay it right away she will send the bill to a collector! Well, apparently I did no have a good experience with them and just wanted my experience with you so that you have a heads up about the quality of service in there.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Patel actually introduced herself to me and shook my hand, instead of just sitting down and treating me like another set of teeth. The whole staff was friendly and wanted to converse with me. I felt very welcomed and cared for. Just wanted to update this: 2 years later, I still go here. Times have definitely changed in the world and some of my life experiences have caused me develop some anxiety. I began to have a panic attack while having some cavities filled today, and Dr. Patel and her assistant were very reassuring, patient, and encouraging. It meant the world. Another update: I called today to make an appointment and have been officially dropped as a patient for 2 no-shows and calling to cancel a few times over the years. I'm really disappointed because, even though I 100% understand how frustrating that can be for a practitioner, Dr. Patel knows I have severe dental anxiety and was even there during one of my panic attacks. I am always willing to pay any fees associated with missing appointments and take full responsibility for it on my part. It's hard for people like me to go to the dentist in the first place, and feeling judged for my anxiety makes it even harder.

Would give 0 if possible. Not worth giving up my rights, still requiring masks. This is ridiculous, we're not in China.

The staff at North Bay Family Dental is fantastic. I had x-rays and cleaning today and my total experience was good. They did a complete check of my mouth and Dr Patel found one tooth that had been filled by a previous dentist needed to be redone because the filling is starting to fall out. Getting it replaced now will save me a lot of money and mouth pain. Dr. Patel and her staff are excellent. Thank you for this excellent care you provide people here in Cecil County, Maryland.

My appointment, I had a filling fall out, the denist replaced it. I didn't have any pain prior, it now aches and is tempature sensitve. I mentioned I could fell it when she was drilling and she said I couldn't. She complained the entire visit that my mouthe was too small. I'll be finding a new office. I'm new to the area and she's not it for me.

Dentist was unhappy that I went elsewhere to have work done and was not willing to help me unless I scheduled a cleaning then another return visit for repair work. She appeared to start to cry when she learned that I went to a one stop shop that completed all the work.
