Edit- They changed owners and it's a completely different office. Last time I was there, I left with floss stuck in my teeth because they couldn't get it out. Today was my second cleaning at this dental office. I had a positive experience both times. They are both professional and friendly.

Everyone is extremely friendly. The front desk has always given me a warm welcome. The hygienists are always nice and full of information and the Dr. Majeed is very calm and knows what he's doing. He answers any questions I may have and doesn't make me feel rushed. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Excellent service!

My wife and I were happy customers here for about 2 years and I used to have a 5-star review here (you can probably still see their response to my old 5-star review below this review). Then Dr Safi and Dr Albazzaz left and everything went downhill fast. I don't know the third dentist (Dr Javad, I think), so this review is a reflection on the office staff and not him. When I heard Drs Albazzaz/Safi left, I called to inquire about what happened. I had a hard time getting a live person to answer and when I did, she was clueless and said her manager would call me. No call back. I called again a couple weeks later and left a voicemail explaining that I had questions as to what was going on with their practice. Again, no call back. I'd had enough, so found a new dentist and called to cancel my upcoming appt at North Ave Dental Associates. I explained why I was leaving and they canceled my appt. Then, lo and behold, I get a call from their office a few weeks later asking to set up my next appt. I politely told them for the second time that I was no longer a customer. My wife had an even worse time- she emailed them in March to request her dental records as the new dentist required them. No response. She had to follow up both by email and phone several more times between then and early August before they FINALLY sent the requested records. Dealing with a dentist office should not be this difficult. The dentists here may be fine, but so are a lot of other dentists and many of them would come without the office staff headaches.

Amazing staff ! Nancy took care of me from scheduling to billing and insurance ! Answer every single question I had .. treatment went great ! They make you feel like at home ! Highly recommend ! Switching my daughters here for treatment !

Great service, my family been going here for about 2years . Is very hard to find a good dentist that you are comfortable with. They don't pressure and trying to sale, sale, sale with the treatment.. Very happy with all the service, thank you Dr. Javad and staff.

I had a dental emergency recently and went to the office and Dr. Albazazz fixed my tooth. It was a great experience. The office was very modern and clean. Dr. Albazazz made me feel comfortable. He was able to fix my tooth so I could enjoy going to a friends wedding. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Safi is an amazing dentist. Very caring with a soft touch. His dental treatment is exceptional with modern techniques and equipment used. Oh and who could forget TVs ON THE CEILINGS! This is a game changer and much appreciated. Office staff is very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend Dr Safi and north ave dental associates for all your family dental needs!

I'm convinced Dr Safi has the most gentle touch! He was able to pull my tooth and put an implant with literally zero pain last week. The prices were very affordable and the service was exceptional. I looked into nearby offices and this one stood out-no surprises! I left the office And I've already referred 3 people.

Dr. Javed is the best! He did my dad's implants for dentures and was done with the utmost professionalism. He was caring and explained the process throughly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get any type of dental care. He is great.

This was my first visit to the practice, and I was very pleased with the care and attention that was provided for both me and my 4 year old. It's not easy to find a practice and dentist that exhibits versatility to foster the needs of children and adults, but Dr. Javed was amazing with balancing both. He gave me the BEST cleaning I've had in years, I literally didn't feel any pain (and I am very sensitive). My teeth not only felt clean (as they obviously should after a cleaning) but they looked whiter and brighter. He was extremely fast, yet efficient, and I appreciated this greatly, because I had my child with me. There was a plasma mounted on the ceiling, which was a treat for me to enjoy, while there was another one on the wall, so my child stayed occupied, too. When it came time for him to examine my 4 year old, he was so gentle and humorous that my daughter enjoyed her visit. I was shocked at how smooth the cleaning went for her too, she didn't flinch even one bit, because he kept her engaged by talking to her, and explaining all the things he was doing during the cleaning. I found this so endearing, because it showed he actually cared. I was temped to make myself a cup of coffee with the awesome selection of coffee pods they offer alongside a Keurig machine (my favorite!) but I didn't want to ruin my clean teeth! Best dental experience hands down! I will be recommending them to all my friends with kids, because this is a one stop shop!
