Dr. Aziz has been practicing a broad spectrum of general and cosmetic dentistry for about twenty-five years. He is pleased and proud to have earned a reputation based on honesty, quality, and care with a gentle touch.
Patients come to the dentist with many fears. Dr. Aziz is unconditionally committed to overcoming his patients anxieties and fears. He consistently completes all procedures with a uniquely special gentle touch, and believes in treating each patient with the utmost compassion. To state it simply, he loves to wow his patients by performing totally painless procedures from start to finish!
Staying abreast of the latest technology and patient care practices is very important to Dr. Aziz. He regularly sets aside time to attend continuing education courses on the various aspects of dentistry. This can be evidenced by the cutting-edge technology and advanced patient procedures he employs in his practice. Dr. Aziz has completed numerous continuing education courses on Dental Implants. He is also certified in Invisalign and Six Month Smiles (invisible, clear braces), the dental treatment of Sleep Apnea/Snoring, and Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation Therapy.
It is also important to Dr. Aziz to be minimally invasive in all procedures he performs. When tooth structure is drilled away, it will never come back. Therefore, preserving tooth structure is of utmost importance to Dr. Aziz. This is why he has invested in advanced training on inlays and onlays (to prevent the need for crowns), technologies such as air abrasion, and is an active member of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry.
Community involvement is also very important to Dr. Aziz. North Aurora Smiles has served as a corporate sponsor of Operation Christmas for many years, an annual program of the North Aurora Mothers Club to help local families in need. North Aurora Smiles also enjoys sponsoring the Village of North Auroras annual North Aurora Days Festival, as well as events organized by the North Aurora River District Alliance (NOARDA). For almost a decade, North Aurora Smiles has also been a proud supporter and team sponsor of the North Aurora Baseball Association and Fox Valley Freedom Baseball. In addition, Dr. Aziz has provided many hours of volunteer dental services for at-risk youth and under-served communities. He understands the importance of volunteering in the Fox Valley area to make it a better place to work and live. He and his wife are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.
In his time away from the practice of dentistry, Dr. Aziz enjoys skiing, traveling, and hiking, but most of all he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He and his wife strive to be excellent parents to their four children. As a family, their goal is to visit all 62 national parks.
Dr. Todd Spragg was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1995. He and his wife, Mary, then moved to Naperville. Together they have 3 sons, aged 22, 20, and 15.
Dr. Spragg has been practicing general dentistry in suburban Chicago since 1995. He focuses on providing quality cosmetic and restorative services for all ages, including children. Dr. Spragg feels that one of the most important aspects of dentistry is developing a personal relationship with patients, by getting to know them and their needs.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Spragg enjoys playing volleyball, bicycling (often riding to work) and working on his house. Lately he has developed an affinity to lacrosse. His two younger sons have been playing for over 8 years and he has enjoyed watching them play.
Dr. Jabri was born and bred in Naperville, Illinois. He earned a B.S. with honors in Environmental Science from Benedictine University. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine with a specialty in dentistry (DMD) from the School of Dental Medicine, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Jabri is enthusiastic about dentistry and likes working with people of all ages. He works hard to provide patients with the finest possible treatment and experience every time.
Dr. Jabri is constantly eager to learn about the newest advancements in dentistry and to participate in continuing education courses. In his leisure time, Dr. Jabri loves to watch sports, exercise, and visit relatives and friends. He also likes to volunteer at free dental clinics in underserved neighborhoods.
Erica has worked in the dental field for over 23 years. She has both clinical and front office experience. She helps patients understand their treatment plans and maximize their dental insurance benefits. Erica does this with care and compassion for all her patients. Erica served as office manager for Scott Morris, DDS, and Associates, until their office merged with North Aurora Smiles in 2015. She is also certified in Coronal Polishing & Pit/Fissure Sealants and Anesthesia/Sedation Monitoring. Erica is mom to two young children who keep her very busy when she is not at the office.
Jackie has been in the dental field for over 23 years. Jackie started as a dental assistant where she quickly because passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a Dental Hygienist in 2005. She spends a lot of her time with patients educating and encouraging them to maintain good oral health. Jackie is a native of Indiana, and now resides in Aurora with her husband and is a dedicated mom to her two sons.
Lexi has always found going to the dentist interesting and fun. She credits her interest in dentistry to her childhood dentist. Lexi finds the most rewarding part of her job is seeing results in her patients, as their oral and overall health improves. The environment at North Aurora Smiles is just what Lexi was looking for and she enjoys being part of a caring team who provides individualized treatment to each patient. Lexi enjoys traveling and attending various sports games.
Susan has been working in the dental field for 32 years. She began as a dental assistant at 16 and worked within the offices in various roles until she decided to become a hygienist and graduated in 2000.
Debbie has been with North Aurora Smiles for 8 years. She has over 25 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, and has received multiple certifications through continued education courses. In addition to her passion for quality patient care, Debbie is an avid animal lover. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and birds. Debbie is an active board member of two organizations that care for animals in need: Zoos Ferret Sanctuary and Animal Heartline Humane Association. She dedicates her time away from dentistry to these organizations. Debbie is also a very active member of her church and enjoys camping and swimming.

Whether you have questions about your dental care, finances, or treatment plans, Karina is here to help! Karina is a college student and an animal lover. She enjoys her time away from the office with her dogs exploring various dog parks.
Marlen is one of our friendly faces at the front desk. She is a patient care coordinator and is always ready to help with questions or concerns. She joined the practice in the fall of 2020 and is enjoying all the great things she is learning from the dental field. She loves being able to help patients with their scheduling needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, horseback riding and going to the gym.
