Hello my Batavia friends this is Chef EJ letting you know today I'm not going to be talking about cooking or where's a good place to eat but sometimes you have to take care of your dentures smile so I am recommending this place it is by far the nicest place you could go even if you don't get the service you definitely have to visit the ladies here are wonderful they take care of you like family it was my first time coming here and I felt like I've been here before they truly know how to make someone feel happy comfortable and they will help you and work with you and your insurance so if you want a beautiful smile all right Chef EJ recommended this place

The staff were extremely nice and took their time with my concerns and giving me advice. When I checked in, Judy was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face. Katie, the dental hygienist, was so friendly and did an amazing job on my cleaning. And finally, Dr. Tsang was very very pleasant, caring and understanding. I look forward to being a new patient at this office.

Dr. Nessim is a excellent dentist. She's gentle, takes time to explain things, & is very through. She also has an excellent staff. My hygienist Marlene did a great cleaning job. I have had multiple back surgeries & she was excellent about getting me positioned & checking my comfort while doing an excellent job. But the jewel of this group is Lucy. I needed to have some old crowns redone & she worked up the treatment cost sheet & explained different options payment. If you have not had old crowns replaced which have already had the root canal done & the prep work of the post the cost without insurance is $1818.00. This is about standard for the industry. Ouch! Dr. Nessim evidently knows how to choose great staff & manage them. When I was done Lucy actually took the time to help me out to my car since all the office rugs were catching on my walker, helped with the heavy doors & since they were putting on a new roof & the ramp was not avalible she assisted me down the steps. When you have a handicap & can fall easily this means the world; cement hurts! Its nice to know there are still people willing to take 10 minutes out of their busy day to help.

Hygienist Katie and Dr. Nessim are fantastic. I've never felt better cared for. They do digital individual and panoramic X-rays. They are happy to do what you ask to make you happy.

I've been a client for several years and I've never been dissatisfied. I've always been greeted with a smile, shown respect and the work has always been gold standard to me. When they give an explanation of the word that needs to be done to let you know if it's an emergency that needs to be taken care of or that you have time and they're flexible with allowing you to make payments because they understand that sometimes things can get a bit costly and the sympathetic to that.

Dr Nessim was a Dear and Katie was wonderful good job on everything
