As a practice they have good Dr's and we're easy to see. Dealing with their billing office is a much different experience. When you are referred to the Dr by a dentist saying you have potentially a cancerous spot in your throat you don't expect the billing code they send the insurance to look at this to be a new patient consult. Expect it to be some sort of diagnosis or other work done. Fine pay the Dr for what work they did, but because they refuse to change anything on how the code is billed after they notify me over 18 months later requires me to pay out of pocket. Find another office that has reasonable people in the back office functions.

I've seen Dr. Levy twice now both times for a wisdom tooth extraction. I don't do well with dental procedures but I couldn't be happier with Dr. Levy and the entire staff at NAOMS. Dr. Levy's bedside manner is wonderful and he made me feel at ease during my procedures. He even called my cell phone to check on me and he gave me his personal cell phone number in the event I needed to speak with him over the weekend.

NAOMS is the best! I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth out with no complications and a quick healing time. Dr. Duncan is patient, personable, and kind. His staff always greets you with smiles and makes you feel welcome! I would recommend this practice to anyone I know.

I found doctor Duncan to be one of the most attentive and detail oriented doctors I have seen in a very long time. He is patient and very thorough with details of procedures and potential side effects. I had a major oral surgery completed several years ago by Doctor Duncan and was exceptionally pleased with his expertise and caring follow up. I would recommend doctor Duncan to anyone requiring dental surgery.
