Thank you to both doctors and staff for being so wonderful at what they do. It's a friendly and welcoming environment in this office. Dr. Rana truly cares for her patients and took her time with me every visit to make sure I was satisfied before leaving my visit. You can tell she loves what she does. Eric and Trish are knowledgeable assistants and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend anyone that needs braces/Invisalign to get treatment here at NA Ortho. Super satisfied with my end results!

I had to go out of country but due to covid stayed a bit for a couple months longer and when I come back I was able to get the last scan. The doctor is nice and professional.

Very pleasant. Fast and informative. Cant wait to start this process.... UPDATE: 3 years and a pandemic later and I'M DONE AND EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! I am so happy to have to have gone through this process with Dr. Greenberg, Dr. Rana and the NA team. My teeth were ok before but I was definitely uncomfortable with my side profile as I had an overbite and my teeth were also flared. This was an item on my vision board and I can't believe I actually completed it. The NA team made this entire process go smoothly and enjoyable even through this pandemic. I always felt safe and I feel that they took great precautions to keep their patients safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. My confidence is super high now and I love my smile. Thank you guys so much for all of the love you guys have shown. I really appreciate you so much.

Avoid, avoid, AVOID North Arlington Orthodontics at all costs if you're someone who values ethics in your medical providers. On 4/1/21, I was seen by Dr. Rana at North Arlington Ortho for an Invisalign consult. My experience at the consult ultimately led me to choose another provider for Invisalign, as it was clear to me at that time that the number one priority at this practice is the money patients bring in, not the patients themselves. Before I had even consulted with the doctor, the office manager requested payment from me for the consult fee, which felt a little hasty. Things got very awkward very quickly when I pulled out my credit card to pay just to be told that the office doesn't accept American Express. It's pretty uncommon for businesses in the Tri State not to accept Amex, so you can understand my surprise, as well as my concern, considering that was the only form of payment I had with me. The situation escalated & truly felt like a standoff, with now several employees standing around me in the consult room, driving home the idea that they somehow cannot process a $50 Amex payment, while I'm helplessly 40 minutes away from my home & any other forms of payment. Always remember that businesses can take Amex, but choose not to because of the fees associated with card. You'd think in this scenario, they'd make an exception to ease the tension & make a new patient more comfortable in a clearly uncomfortable situation, but instead, the group proceeded to ask me for my bank routing information to process the payment that way. Of course, I wasn't comfortable with that seeing as this was my first time ever stepping foot in this office. They finally backed down & said they'd 'allow me' to call the next day to pay over the phone with my debit card, & even then, they beat me to it & were quick to call ME the following day requesting payment remittance, to which they tacked on a processing fee for using a card. Typically debit is as good as cash, so that's bizarre and frankly, cheap. Long story short, it's easy to see what a money hungry practice this is, so I chose another provider who's primary focus is patient care & well-being. THEN... it gets WORSE. I happened to log in to my dental insurance providers site last week for an unrelated reason, & noticed that North Arlington Orthodontics billed my insurance for, & I QUOTE, an 'unspecified orthodontic procedure'. I guess they forgot that my dental insurance doesn't cover orthodontia, so there is now a $302 patient liability on my explanation of benefits summary that they claim I owe to them. Of course, when asked about why on earth my insurance would have been billed following a consult that I paid out of pocket for, I was told the office manager who handles insurance was 'out of office' & the front desk staff had 'no idea!!!!!!!!!' what the reason for billing my insurance would have been. Why would this office bill someone's insurance who is not their patient? I'll tell you the reason--they hoped they could quietly squeeze a couple hundred dollars out of Delta Dental & I'd be none the wiser. Sorry Dr. Greenberg, you targeted the wrong individual. This is fraudulent & unethical, so think twice & vote with your dollar with this information in mind like you would any other business that is morally questionable.

I went to this office with the dread that I might need braces for both of my little ones of six and seven. My general doctor had advised this. I found Dr. Greensberg on Google. I was more than impressed. The facility is impeccable. The staff is kind, acommodating, informative and most of all cheerful. Dr. Greensberg herself was so warm and friendly. She was very thorough with both of my children and what most impressed me is that she was very honest. At the time she felt there was no need for braces and she didn't insist on any unnecessary procedures. If and when the time comes for my children to have braces I will be coming right back to Dr. Doctor Greensberg!

I'm giving 2 stars just because of Dr. Jessica, who attended my daughter the first time I was there and did everything impeccably, and that's why I decided to treat my daughter and I over there. She is a excellent professional! But after that (I saw her once), everything going down the hill. today I stayed 45 minutes after the scheduled time. So I went to the reception and explained that I need to get back to work and if someone will come or not (we wait at reception 30 minutos, plus 15 at office and nobody showed up). then the front desk lady (important to know: with an attitude) says: I can put you in tomorrow at 11am. (????) so I keep going to the office and if there is time, they will assist me and if not just put me in another day because my time is nothing lol. So I said just forget about and ask her if they gonna refund me because they already charged the first payment referring to the braces (which was never done. It's suppose to install it today) and the lady said she will give me a call later. I am shocked. Seriously!
