Great family dentistry. I enjoy geeking out with them about their profession and learning the latest information about oral hygiene. They are knowledgeable, transparent, and positive. Thanks for taking care of my family!

I have been going to this Dentist for 13 years with little to no problem. Here and there they would try and talk me into buying this or that. But the last visit I had witch was 09/01/2022 will be the last! They were pushing hard! I was not up for an x-ray but they told me they could not do anything until they did an x-ray witch i would have to pay for. So agreed. Then once they had the x-ray they said I had to have some kind of special cleaning that wasn't covered under my insurance. I set in that chair for an hour and a half and never got my teeth cleaned. I will never go back!

From the moment I called to make an appointment until the moment I left after my treatment I had the most wonderful experience. The staff, all the staff, and Dr. Thepalia could not have been kinder or more informative regarding my procedure . I would recommend this office to any one. Thank you all so much.

This use to be like the best dentist office...in the last year it has gone down hill....I always have a surprise fee ....can't get any appointment in a timely manner..they don't call back either to messages left....they definitely don't care who ever does scheduling....must be new management?...if so they need to get some one new...anyways I got a solution...going somewhere else...I been there for about 8 years....I guess change is good. Update:. Yet another bogus bill.. and no one can help... I get passed around... I guess people just work for a paycheck not to help .

I have been in pain for awhile now and I've gone to them for a couple of procedures. I simply asked the dentist to prescribe antibiotics to get rid of the infection. No pain meds or anything else. Just antibiotics. The dentist refuses to do it. Don't go here! They're just out for your money. Also they did not verify my benefits correctly so I was not aware one procedure had a waiting period. So now my insurance company will not cover and North Arlington Dental Care does not care. I will never go back!

My experience with them in the past was Great. Now the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment, leaving messages and no call back. They call and cancel appointments last minute and can't give an reasonable reschedule date except a month later. I'm very disappointed. I pay too much for this kind of service.

Okay if you are looking for The best dentist office Then Dr Jaetzold is your Dds so first off I was going to a horrible dentist that I feel like jacked my mouth up so I was referred to you guys from walking into the door the customer service was A1 When I got back to my room the lady who did my X-rays and medical review was just great When the dentist came in to find out whats going on and he listened to me and explained I was so happy because finally someone to explain to Me whats going on in my mouth and not just trying to half do anything and up sale me on things I didnt need The Dr pulled my wisdom tooth he was quick and gentle. Explained everything to me then the assistant sarah she was the bomb taking time to go after the dentist to make sure I understood what I needed to do she joked and laughed with me it was more like a family. Not just a patients. Everyone I came in contact with at this office was great if I could give you 10 stars Iwould Thanks Guys

I had my first appointment here back in early November for cleaning and routine x rays. Vanessa is probably one of the best dental hygienists I have ever had. She was great, very thorough and professional. But, I was at the office for more than 3 hours and was late for work that day which I wish I knew before going in. Even after my appointment was over I was asked to wait to see what fillings would be covered through my insurance but the office seemed to be either short staffed or just unaware of their priorities because I ended up walking out requesting a call back. Never received a call back. I have called and left messages about 7 or 8 times with their call center or different people at the office but still no response. I ended up going in person and signed a release consent with Kristen so I could get a copy of my x rays so I can go for a second opinion. Still nothing. Its been 2 months since the appointment, I have not received a call back or an email with my x rays. Unfortunately even with the best cleaning I have had I will not be going back if its this difficult to communicate with the office.

We have been coming to this dental office for nearly 6 years. I have spent thousands of dollars here between braces for myself and my daughter and other procedures for myself and my two children. Until yesterday, things were generally fine, except for the turnover here. It seems like we see a different dentist every time we come and we come for cleanings every six months. It's confusing, but I was willing to overlook it due to the location and we generally haven't had any issues...until yesterday. My 7-year-old son was scheduled to come in yesterday for two fillings. We had this appointment scheduled for two weeks, since his last appointment, when they said he had two cavities. Yesterday when we showed up for his appointment, they said they would be checking us in shortly and to have a seat. After ten minutes, they called me up to the desk and told me he could not be seen and he had to be referred to a pediatric dentist. First of all, they scheduled this appointment with me in person two weeks ago and made me pay a pre-payment for the cost. Second, why didn't they cancel it ahead of time? Third, he has been coming to this dentist since he was 2!!! They have never been unwilling to see him. Finally, they said they were minor cavities and only needed small fillings, so it's not like this is a complicated case. They need to refund me my pre-payment since they cancelled our appointment. I am waiting for them to call back. The front desk staff was not helpful as they could not provide me with an explanation as to why they had to refer him and cancel our appointment, other than the dentist he was scheduled with wouldn't see children?!! They also didn't apologize. Just handed me information for pediatric dentists and said he couldn't be seen. Also, now the pediatric dentist can't get him in for another two weeks, so this will be a month since they found the cavities. The first rule of medicine is DO NO HARM. I think it's harmful to delay needed treatment. If the dentist (Dr. Elliott) cannot see children, why did no one catch that when they scheduled it or in the weeks leading up to the appointment, when they confirmed the appointment with me!! Also, Dr. Elliott is who he saw initially. To me it seems like the he just didn't want to deal with seeing a child yesterday. That's the impression I was left with. I had to leave work early for this appointment and spent a lot of time reassuring my son that everything would be fine, only to show up and have it be cancelled. I won't be back after being a loyal customer for over five years. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. UPDATE: I took both of my children to a pediatric dentist following this post and the pediatric dentist found an additional cavity for my son and a cavity my daughter had that were missed by the dentist here. If I return to this office for myself, I will not be seeing Dr. Elliott.

I am bad at remembering names but I feel like her name was Michelle, she was awesome! She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would recommend going and requesting Michelle. When she initially came in she had great energy and asked me how was my weekend. I felt comfortable enough to tell her how my weekend was in detail. I hope she is still here when I come back in February! -Brittany Willie

My daughter Ely and I went to get our cleanings and we had a great experience! I was nervous and didn't want to leave my daughter alone, but the assistants and hygienist made her feel very comfortable. On the way out my daughter said " see you soon!" Lol.

I felt so welcome! It was a warm and inviting experience from the front office to the visit with the dr. They made you feel comfortable about the whole process! I love this place and will be telling all my friends . Today they got me in first thing this morning and made everything work out perfect! They are the best!

I had a fear of the dentist, however this office was professional and courteous, addressed all my concerns...and the procedure was not painful at all. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. I have definitely found my new dental office...Also the Dentist and Hygienist were amazing.

I came in 12/9 paid $339.00 2 part cleaning process. I was told I needed to come back the next month to complete the cleaning but wouldn't owe anything additional since I paid for the entire treatment up front. I show up today and they tell me its actually another $130.00. I argue with them about it and they keep running around asking people and end up telling me I'm sol. I would never return here since they are dishonest about their charges.
