Dr. Jonnavithula is a highly skilled dentist and extremely gentle people person. Her focus is on practicing preventive, conservative dentistry, in an unhurried environment, taking the time to get to know her patients. Her vast exposure to different cultures, traditions and people helps her understand her patients better. She takes pleasure in giving enough time to all her patients, putting them at ease without rushing them, and providing them with excellent, personalized dental care.
Dr. Padma graduated with a DMD from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Boston, in 1997, and she was also a practicing dentist in India prior to that. Her childhood was spent in Zambia, Africa. In the US, she has worked in various dental offices in MA prior to acquiring her own practice in Acton. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and Middlesex District Dental Society. She keeps current with the latest dental advances through her continuing education and coursework, follows state-of-the-art infection control procedures for patient and staff safety, and uses the latest dental technology to provide the best possible patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Padma strongly believes in giving back to the community. Apart from volunteering for activities in the local public schools, she regularly donates to charitable causes, like Vision Aid and research on diabetes. Dr. Padma enjoys spending time with her husband and two school-age children, as well as traveling, hiking and biking.

Dr. Padma has been our family dentist for many years. She is kind, careful and particular about her craft. She is very professional and has fixed a number of issues that past dentists have either not noticed or done incorrectly. And, she always considers the insurance ramifications. Dr. Padma and her very helpful staff have our recommendation!

My husband and I are very happy with Dr. Padma and her staff. We love the friendly feel of the office, a rare find today! Dr. Padma's tiny hands have been extremely helpful with some of my crowns. I would highly recommend North Acton Dental.

She is very skilled, knowledgeable and truly makes my visits comfortable and painless. North Acton has very reasonable rates. I can't count the number of times I left feeling like they forgot to bill me for something, I would and I do recommend North Acton Dental to friends and family.

My first experience with North Acton Dental was fantastic! Natalie at the front desk was very personable and friendly and made scheduling my appointment easy. Bonnie, the hygienist,was incredibly thorough, and just made the whole thing an enjoyable experience. Dr. Padma was also lovely and informative. I was very impressed!

I've been coming here as long as I've had teeth, no cavities, no fillings. So empirically, they take great care of you, and don't push unnecessary procedures. I've kept coming back, even when it was an hour drive, and it's taken moving so that commute hit an hour and a half to force me to find a closer dentist.
