I was an only child and moved around the country almost 15 times, including Nebraska, California, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. I decided to become an orthodontist in high school. I love traveling, dancing, and dad jokes. My husband and I performed in a music video with Snoop Dogg!

I have been practicing orthodontics since 2008. I was born and raised in New Jersey and completed my residency at NYU. My family and I relocated to Arizona in 2013, and I do not miss the East Coast winters one bit. I do, however, still enjoy 'cawfee' and a good bagel.

Do NOT go here for orthodontics. Very busy and does not spend much time with each patient. My concerns were dismissed. We stopped in to reattach a bite block and treatment completely changed. Seemed very odd at a non scheduled appointment. His bite is now much worse than when we started. We decided to shop around and found a new orthodontist. This office agrees that we are due a partial refund. But its been over a month since I discontinued services and I get a new excuse every time I call. Manager is always in "meetings" and can't take or return my calls.

This is the best dental office for kids! My children had the best experience. Front office staff was great! My child has to come back for some dental work and the office manager Gloria was great at reviewing fee's and explaining my insurance to me! I will definitely refer everyone to Dr. Allie and her staff!!!

Dr. Allie and her staff are amazing! My grandson had surgery and she took great Care of him. The front office girls were very sweet and helpful also her assistants. Office was clean and decorated nicely

I have been on the search for a kid friendly dentist for my children that would make them feel comfortable and excited to visit. I already love this office so much better than our last dentist! This is exactly what I was looking for. The entire staff was so kind and helpful to get us scheduled. The office was clean and my son loved drawing on the white board while we waited. The dentist and dental assistant were phenomenal with the kids. They even got my 3yo excited to show off his teeth and it wasn't even his appointment. Kiddos left with a toy and a balloon. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for making the dentist visit a fun experience for our family.

What they told me was different than what they preform on my daughter tooth. They removed the tooth , what I was told was crowning the tooth they end up removing it . So Disappointed, make sure what they preforming before hand . This are the place You can never trust.

Google says they close at 6. Came here at 545 and the doors were locked. People were in the office, but nobody acknowledged us. Other than that, my experiences have been fairly pleasant - friendly staff, clean office and professional Doctors.

I have brought my children here since they were babies, everyone in this place is very kind and attentive with kids, my children are not afraid to go to the dentist because they make the children's experience pleasant we love dentist Lisa!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this office! The dental assistants are AMAZING! Always great energy and positive vibes. I did not have to wait to be seen. The front desk lovely ladies took great care of us getting us in and out quickly. My kids had a great experience visiting Dr.Allie and Dr. B. I was highly satisfied and I recommend this office to anyone that wants GREAT care. Total 5 star!

Such an awesome experience here. Dr. Ally is such a joy, and even though it was our first visit, she treated us as if she'd known us forever. We had had a not-so-good dentist experience before this and I can't understate how much we appreciated her and her teams's kindness and competency. She more than made our day; she changed my son's whole idea of what visiting the dentist should look like, which is priceless! We were able to do the whole visit together and the staff talks to the kids with respect and compassion. Thank you Norterra Kids! Highly recommend. Edited to add: We brought our other child there for a whole second experience, and it was just as great as the first. Dr. Ally even remembered us, with all the patients she sees. This place is a desert gem!

The staff is nice and take great care of my little one. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that their third-party billing service billed me $99 I didn't owe and was very slow to return the amount after I paid in error. My advice for others is not to pay the bill right away -- wait for an Explanation of Benefits from the insurance company.

Great Dentist, they have a friendly staff and don't overbook so the wait time is very minimal and get called back quickly and the dentist dosen't rush and is very good explaining things to children .

I used to love Norterra Kids Dentistry and Ortho. We've had communication issues with the office staff before, but nothing compared to what we just went through. They had us sign a new contract because they said we missed 7 months of appointments with the ortho, which extends my son's phase to 9 months. This is completely false yet they are very determined to stick with this claim. It feels like we practically lived there this past year. If you want good communication with your dentist or ortho, this is not the place for you. Go elsewhere because they are not reliable.

Brought my daughter here for her very first dentist visit - we were both very nervous initially but I have nothing except positive feedback for this group. So welcoming, comforting and sweet to me and my daughter. I was able to keep my daughter in my lap during her cleaning and she had no discomfort - even got a balloon afterwards and asked to come back. :)

It's frustrating that the staff did not provide correct information up front about charges. However, having the Anesthesiologist taking the time to make it right and The staff taking accountability has changed my review. I understand wrong info can be given, but for me acknowledging it and taking ownership rebuilds that trust.
