In 1975 Dr. Edward Kaiser opened a two-operatory office in the brand new downtown area of Norfolk. Dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, the doctors and staff have since established Norfolk County Dental Care as a trusted fixture in a wonderful, growing community. The office now has expanded to seven operatories, serving close to 3000 active patients; many are from three generations of families. Dr. Sun graduated from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston Mass. She was born and raised in Mainland China and received her dental education and first dental degree from Hebei Medical University in 1995. She moved to the Greater Boston area in pursuit of more education in 1997. Prior to going back to dental school at BU, Dr. Sun spent six years participating in stem cell research at the Pulmonary Center Boston University School of Medicine in finding a cure for lung diseases.
Dr. Sun has been providing comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages in both Boston and Nashua areas for over ten years. She has trained by the most accomplished dental experts in her field in cosmetic, implant dentistry and adult orthodontics.
Dr. Sun stays current with the latest technologies and procedures in order to provide outstanding quality of work to her patients. She has a calm and gentle manner which relaxes the most anxious and fearful patients.
Dr. Iadarola has been with Norfolk County Dental Care for over 30 years. He graduated from what is now the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. After working at Exxon's research and engineeringfacility, heattended and graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey.
Dr. Iadarola is passionate about dentistry and treating patients as if they are a part of the family. He is a member of many dental organizations, and through continuing education and state-of-the-art technology,is able to offer you and your family the high level of careyou're looking for. Dr. Iadarola, along with our entire staff, will give you a warm welcome and our ongoing commitment to your dental health.
Dr. JoAnne Many is a general dentist and the owner of her practice formerly known as 'A House Full of Smiles' in Norfolk MA. She has been proving comprehensive dentistry from the comfort of her home since 1982. Dr. Many has recently decided to retire and spend more time with her family. After careful search and consideration, Dr. Many chose our team at Norfolk County Dental to continue the care for her existing patients. This decision is based on our similar traditions and treatment philosophies. We are excited to welcome Dr. Many and her patients to join our dental family!
Meghan is one of our dental hygienists and is extremely passionate about oral health. A graduate of Assumption College, Meghan went on to earn her hygiene degree at Bristol Community College. She can often be heard educating her patients on proper oral home care and what it would mean if you developed periodontal disease. Many of her patients have healthier mouths after taking her 'Two Week Floss Challenge.'
Chrissy is the newest hygienist to our practice! After 2 years of dental assisting in Orthodontics, Chrissy furthered her education and graduated Dental hygiene school in 2017 from Quinsigamond Community college. Since then she has enjoyed building relationships with her patients and helping improve their oral health.
Tracey has been with the practice for over 30 years as a dental assistant. Throughout her years here, Tracey has enjoyed watching the practice grow and learning all of the new technologies in dentistry.
Tracey bought her first home in Norfolk and has been a part of this communityfor many years. When she is not at work, you can find Tracey playing with her grandsons, camping with her husband, and working out with her boot camp friends.
Donna started with the practice as a dental assistant and enjoyed working side by side with the dentists. She now manages the practice, overseeingthe day-to-day operations. She has seen many generations of families come through our doors.

Wonderful service and excellent care as always. I have been coming here over 30 years. Staff is just like family. Very patient regardless of your anxieties in the chair. A shout out to Megan for her great job with my annual x-rays. Great to see Dr. Sun. A surprise encounter with Dr. Iaderola capped my day. I always feel welcome. Thank you again, Mario.

Great bunch of happy people at this office. They work hard to get you the right appointment. I had to cancel numerous times and they called me every week to try and help me. get in at a better time. In this day and age their service deserves merit.

I've been going there for at least 15 years after being a Dent phobic for 40 years. Dr. Iadarola does a great job with making everything PAIN FREE. I've referred several friends, who were scared of the dentist like me, and they called and thanked me because they couldn't believe how great an experience they had. Hate the dentist, all I can say is go here!

As soon as you walk in there is a wall of beautiful bright color-coded files that instantly put you in a good mood, and the front desk ladies are there to welcome you. The hygienists and dentists are kind, caring people and put you at ease right away. They have state-of-the-art software and digital X-Rays. Convenient location right in the center of town. Highly recommend Norfolk County Dental for individuals and families!

Fantastic dental care! I had to have a lot of dental work done this past year and so had lots of time to experience the expertise, gentle attentive approach, and kindness of Dr. Sun and assistants. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Our family of seven has been to a few dentists over the years in Norfolk and in Bristol counties. We have never come across a Dental Practice that has exceeded our expectations in all essential areas! From the front desk staff who are warm, welcoming and efficient, to the hygienists who are extremely thorough and knowledgeable in their field, to my very favorite Dentist I have ever met: Dr. Sun, who blows me away each time I visit her practice with her professional and charismatic bedside manner! Not only do I leave there with my teeth feeling extremely clean, I am confident and Dr. Suns professional abilities and I know my family and I will always be in good hands!!
