I can not say enough about Norcross Dental Associates, I have been a patient of Dr. Foltz for almost 8 years. The staff at Norcross iDental is great ,always friendly and make a person feel at ease. Tayna is the best at putting me at ease when I walk into the office. I had a fear of dentist offices but going to Dr.Foltz and Tayna have made my fears go away.. I have refered several of my friends To Norcross Dental Associates

Went for 6 months cleaning. The cleaning was good. Usually the dentist come in afterwards and check to make sure there's no other issues. This time the dentist didn't even come and check even after I waited for him. Not very good service from the dentist. On my September 7, 2022, visit I discovered that my usual dentist, Dr. Foltz, was out the last time I visited. He was good as usual on my visit. The one that is supposed to substitute for him while he is out, didn't do a good job. I'll need to make sure my next appointment is with Dr. Foltz.

Pleasant, professional staff. Clean environment. Only down side this particular visit was a wait of over thirty minutes after my appointment time before even beginning to get started. Thankfully this was the only negative and the only time this had happened during the years I've been coming here. This group is out of my dental insurance network, but the care here is superior to my experiences trying others in network. I travel thirty-five miles each way and so glad to do so. This group is worth it!

GREAT VISIT...BONNIE IS THE BEST HYGIENIST...ONLY MY SECOND VISIT WITH HER, BUT I AM COUNTING ON SEEING HER AGAIN FOR NEXT VISIT. DR. FOLTZ, OF COURSE, IS SIMPLY THE BEST DENTIST IN THE ATLANTA AREA!!!

Very gentle and patient. I have a very small mouth and they always try to accommodate me as much as possible. Never a long wait and there have been a few times that I needed an immediate appointment and they have always been there for me.

I had a cleaning and visit by the dentist. The cleaning was on time and the hygienist discussed issues and preventive care. The dentist was up beat and conducted an examination. He was very nice to deal with during the exam.

We love this place! My husband and I have been receiving care at Norcross Dental Associates for many, many years. Dr. Jeff Foltz is outstanding! From routine checkups to specialized treatments, he has always provided complete, competent, and caring in-office service to both of us. Plus, he always calls afterward to make sure our recovery is going well. All the staff are qualified professionals who treat us more like family than customers. It is our pleasure to recommend this practice with a 5-star rating!
