Dr. Kirk Norbo is currently the 16th District Trustee of the American Dental Association. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and Oral Roberts School of Dentistry. He completed a general practice residency at Providence Hospital in Washington D.C. Dr. Norbo has been very active in the dental community. He has served as president of the Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Norbo has also served as an American Dental Association Delegate, member of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs, is a fellow of the American College of Dentists, a fellow of the International College of Dentists, Master of the Academy of General Dentistry and a fellow of the Virginia Dental Association. He is an adjunct faculty at the VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond.

He is also a member of Hamilton Thompson #37 Masonic Lodge and attends the Zion Lutheran Church in Lovettsville, VA. In his spare time, Dr. Norbo raises beef cattle, pheasants, and enjoys other farm-related activities along with his wife Luann of 30+ years.

Dr. Justin Norbo is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He is a native of Loudoun County and a graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. He, like his father, is active and has served in leadership roles in the dental community. Dr. Justin Norbo is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Norbo has served as an American Dental Association Alternate Delegate, served on the American Dental Association New Dentist Committee, and held other positions through the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. He is a past President of the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Justin Norbo also volunteers on many Mission of Mercy dental projects where he provides dental services to rural and underserved areas of Virginia.

He is married to his wife Meredith, they have a son, Drake and a daughter, Paige. Dr. Norbo is a member of the Middleburg United Methodist Church and the Hamilton Thompson #37 Masonic Lodge in Purcellville. In his spare time, Dr. Justin Norbo enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, spending time in the outdoors, and fishing.

Dr. Peter Havelos is a native of Loudoun County, growing up in Lovettsville, Virginia. He attended and graduated from Loudoun Valley High School. He went on to Virginia Tech where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Chemistry and Economics. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. On completion of dental school, he was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Havelos pursued additional training and completed a two-year general practice residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center where he treated all types of patients including medically compromised and special needs. While there he served as chief resident during his second year. While in Charlottesville, he volunteered regularly at the Charlottesville Free Clinic.

Francine graduated from the dental hygiene program at MEV in 1986. After graduating she got married and moved to Purcellville in 1993. She has spent most of her time in Loudoun County but for a brief period of time she moved to Myrtle Beach. After a few years she returned to Purcellville with her husband and their two boys. She has been with Dr. Kirk and Dr. Justin since 2007. In her free time Francine loves working out, spending time with friends, dining out and cardio cycle.

Kelly has been practicing dental hygiene for five years. She is a 2013 graduate of West Liberty University and joined our team at Norbo Dental in July of 2015. Kelly is passionate about what she does and is very committed to helping patients feel confident about their smile! Her goal is to help each patient achieve and maintain optimum oral health through outstanding care and education. In her free time, you can find Kelly in a coffee shop or hiking, camping, and reading with her husband and two beloved dogs. She looks forward to taking care of you for years to come!

Shawnee started her dental career in theNavy where she served eight years and now has over twenty years of dental hygiene experience! She moved to Virginia in 2010 and started at Norbo Dental in spring of 2019. She is incredibly passionate about educating her patients on good oral health and home care relating to their overall health and loves getting to know all of our amazing patients! She loves horses (even used to show Quarter Horses!) and watching her daughter play softball.She currently lives in Round Hill and in her spare time she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, her daughter and her dog.

Peggy grew up in the Purcellville area and graduated from Loudoun Valley High School in 1974. She started working for Dr. Romano in January of 1989, and then joined the Norbo team in 2007 when the Norbos purchased the practice. She loves going to church where she teaches teens in Sunday School and helps with the prayer ministry. Her and her husband love antiquing and spending time with their families. She has two sons with four grandchildren that are the highlight of their lives. During her free time, Peggy enjoys reading on her deck in peace and quiet after a busy week. Her motto is life is good and she has been blessed immensely.

Kammie is originally from Ohio, but has lived inWinchester since 2018 with her husband, Bobby, as well as their dog, Boone, and cat, Lily. She has 8 years of experience in health care, and began her career in the dental field with Norbo Dental in the spring of 2020. She started at Norbo Dental as front office administrative staff before moving to the office manager position. She is passionate about ensuring that all patients are treated like family and receive the best care possible when in our office. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, working out, watching sports, and taking her dog for walks.

Anne has been with the Norbo team for 20 years. She comes with over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She is very proud to have two military children, Michael and Tiffani who have blessed her with three grandchildren, Brantlee, Briar, and Kennadee. She is very passionate about our practice and making sure that each patient has the best experience. She loves to help each patient understand and maximize their dental benefits. She loves being a part of the Norbo team, and she enjoys that personal connection she makes with each of our patients. She and her husband Perry live in Stephens City. They love to entertain with family and friends and explore different areas.

Jess grew up coming to Norbo Dental as a patient and just recently joined the team in July of 2021! In 2020, Jess got married to her husband Brandon and they reside in West Virginia with their pup, Lola. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting at home, spending time with her friends, going to car shows with Brandon, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Kelly grew up in Clarke County on the Shenandoah River. She has worked in the dental field for 10 years and has been with Norbo Dental since July of 2021. Kelly is a mom of three beautiful boys; Julian, Grayson, and Sawyer, and is supported by her husband, Kurt. In her free time, she loves snuggling with her puppy, Maggie Lou, being surrounded by nature, tending to her plants and garden, sitting by the pool, and spending time with her neighbors and friends. During the cold months Kelly enjoys sitting by the woodstove while crafting, reading books, or working on puzzles.

Melissa is a Loudoun County native and 1994 graduate of Park View High School. She obtained her bachelors degree in Psychology from George Mason University. Melissa joined Norbo Dental in October 2014 and has twenty-three years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two dogs, Dal and Pookie. She is a huge Eagles fan, but also enjoys making wreaths, going to the movies, and visiting with friends and her large, extended family.

Megan grew up in Winchester Virginia and attended JamesWood HighSchool, followed by Blue Ridge Community College where she completed her Dental Assisting certification in 2018. Shortly after completing her certification, Megan joined our practice and has absolutely loved working with her new dental family here in Purcellville! She loves how everyone treats each other like family, and how we all work together to take care of our amazing patients. In her free time, she loves spending time with her large family, daughter, Riley, and her husband, Travis. They have two dogs named Daisy and Axle.

Marisol has been a dental assistant for eight years. She started her career by taking her dental assisting course and x-ray certification through Metropolitan Institute of Health and Technology in Lorton, Virginia. She started working with Dr. Kirk and Dr. Justin right after finishing school, and has been with them ever since! She resides in Berryville with her husband Ernesto and her daughter Valentina who is a beautiful 4-year old girl. When Marisol is not working, she loves taking her daughter to soccer practice and ballet lessons. She loves her job because she has great coworkers, a great schedule and a great career that supports her family.

Heather grew up in Clarke County and graduated from Clark County High School in 2008. She has over 10 years of dental assisting experience and started working with Norbo Dental in June 2020. Heather currently lives in Boyce with her 7 year-old daughter, Layken, and enjoys being outside in her free time. She and her daughter enjoy horseback riding, kayaking, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite part about working at Norbo Dental is our amazing team and being able to create a good experience for our wonderful patients.
