Dr. Ryan received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry at Memphis in 2006. During dental school, he discovered a passion and affinity for working with children. His natural warmth and kindness quickly puts even the most timid patient at ease.
That passion led Dr. Ryan to complete a rigorous two-year pediatric dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In 2008 he was awarded his Master of Science. In 2017, Dr. Ryan became a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.
The pediatric dental residency provided Dr. Ryan with extensive experience in all facets of dental care for infants, children, and people with special needs. The program offered exposure to the latest techniques and technologies used in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral disease. It also taught operating room procedures, oral conscious sedation, and the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
Dr. Ryan has been certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR.Each year heparticipates in many continuing education courses. This ensures he remains current on advances in treatment strategies, techniques, materials, and technology.

The entire staff was great. They answered all our kids questions to put them at ease while using their tools and really made the experience fun for them.

Dr. Keeton & his staff are AMAZING! We had not so great experiences with our previous dentist and my kiddos were all scared for dentist visits. He is SO entertaining and SO GOOD WITH KIDS!! Even for procedures that are not so fun (like fillings) he is able to turn it into an interactive story where the kids participate and enjoy the experience. Can't say enough. Highly recommend!

I've got a few opinions, by far the friendliest place and inviting place. The dentist are just great with kids and a bit silly and I'm sure it makes the children feel way more comfortable. If I had to describe the personality, I would compare it much like blippy. So you can imagine why kids must feel so comfortable. However, a couple major annoyances I see often is the $35 charge if you're late but they make you wait 30+ minutes after your appointment time. I get this is with all medical offices I just don't understand it at all why we agree on a time and I get punished if late but they don't for calling us back so late. To add to that to charge a whole $35. I will never understand appointment times

The doctor was so patient and had fantastic bedside manner with kids. The wait was longer than I would have wanted but they are short staffed and made up for it with acknowledging us and keeping us updated. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back!

We switch over to this office after my son had a dental producer done at 3yr old that was traumatic for him. The previous clinic was great too but he associated them with the trauma so we had to find someone new. Regular visits have been great, they made sure he was comfortable and explained everything to him and made sure he knew what was happening the whole time to put him at ease but today he had to have an tooth pulled. It was truly amazing how kind and awesome they were the whole time! They made jokes and asked him questions to keep him relaxed the whole time, while Lion King played above him. Not a single tear, cry or upset wiggle out of him the whole time!! Thanks Dr. Keeton and staff for everything!

If your child is nervous about the dentist take them here. My child can be difficult and she was very skeptical but she left there laughing and talking about going back. The hygienist AB and Dr William Keeton were extremely patient with her and I'm so thankful.

Had a 2 &3 year old with me so I was planning to calm screaming children but Dr. Keaton and the dental assistant were so awesome with them, they both got what they needed done and we were done quickly. All the staff is truly amazing. I live an hour away but it's so worth the drive for my girls to feel safe and comfortable.

This dentist office is amazing! Lacey and Jennifer provided a great experience for my family and me as they were super kind and welcoming. Dr. Keeton was awesome and he made the whole experience even more memorable. The entire staff is very fun and provides great service. I highly recommend!

My daughter was nervous her first time going here but the staff is always so amazing with both of my kids! They always have fun & ask when they get to go back! Very clean, professional, and you can tell all the staff really enjoy working with kids!

I could not be happier with our visit. My stepson has had a terrible experience in the past with a dentist and Dr. Keeton, along with all of the assistants, made it amazing for him and his brother. The assistants were even amazing with my 2 year old while we were waiting. I could not imagine a better experience and am so thankful for their patience and helpfulness.

I've been bringing my children to Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry for several years now. They are always friendly and patient with my little girls. My youngest is autistic and I always dread her appointments because it's so hard for her. They are good about not forcing her. This last trip she saw Dr. Keaton and he was a total rockstar with my youngest. It was so awesome to see him work with her and keep her calm and engaged. I have always been pleased with this office and the staff. Now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. If you have a shy child or one who has anxiety going to the dentist I definitely recommend this practice.
