Dr. Lloyd Noel attended Pacific University on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Noel then graduated with Highest Honors from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. Following completion of an Advanced General Dentistry Residency in the U.S. Army Dental Corp., Dr. Noel worked in general dentistry for several years. His training continued at the Mayo Clinics Graduate School of Medicine, where he received a Master of Science and a Certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Noel has published articles in dental and orthodontic journals on innovative techniques and orthodontic research.
Dr. Noel is past President of the Clackamas County Dental Society and Oregon State Society of Orthodontists. He also is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Oregon Dental Association.
Dr. Noel is also involved in many community organizations. He supports local schools, after-school sports and activities, music and the arts, and health foundations. Dr. Noel the entire Noel Orthodontics team love the Oregon City community and work hard to help it thrive.

I am a native Oregonian and have worked with Dr. Noel since 2002. My position as patient care coordinator has allowed me to get to know the patients and their families on a very personal level. I enjoy assisting our families meet their financial and orthodontic needs. I love seeing the confidence a beautiful smile gives our patients.
I grew up in the Milwaukie area and started my career in dentistry in 2008 after graduating from the dental assisting program at Clackamas Community College. Working in the front office, I enjoy getting to know everyone and working with our kind, hardworking team in order to help our patients achieve their beautiful smiles.
My husband and I have two children, a daughter and son. We love to spend our time exploring the outdoors camping, paddle boarding, fishing and snowboarding. In my free time I like to try cooking new recipes, read a good book, and working on my artwork.
I was born and raised in Oregon. I have been working as an orthodontic assistant since 2017 after I graduated from my career program at Carrington College. I entered the orthodontic field because I love the patients reaction seeing their new smile for the first time!

Dr. Noel's office and staff are professional, calm, friendly, and accommodating. We have been so happy in Dr. Noel's care, after considering several other local orthodontists. My daughter's treatment plan was clearly explained and we knew exactly what to expect throughout her time in braces. Their safety measures during the pandemic made us feel safe. Before-school appointments were quick and easy. My daughter's bite and smile now look beautiful. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Noel for an evaluation if you are looking for an excellent orthodontist.

Dr. Noel and staff are absolutely amazing. Never do you feel rushed or like you are not appreciated. Everyone of them takes the time to really get to know you and what you are hoping to accomplish with braces. I would never take my family anywhere else.

I've gone to Noel since 2014 for braces and retainer services and have been very happy with the ortho work I've had done and the community at Noel. Because a lot of people, particularly teenagers, feel intimidated getting braces at first, having an ortho clinic and staff you feel comfortable around is essential. Noel was that for me, and the staff has always been extremely willing to help with any issues/questions I've had. I always enjoyed the Noel Night Out events with my friends, and Noel is just a great community ortho practice overall. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Noel and staff our very friendly and knowledgeable. Always answering all my questions over the years. My daughter and my son are very happy with their smile now because of Dr. Noel expertise in braces and more. We have had such a great experience with Dr Noel and his staff. I decided to change providers halfway through my daughters treatment because I was not feeling comfortable at the practice we started with. Susan was so helpful and went into great detail helping us transition to Dr. Noels care. My daughter felt much better under the care she recieved. I highly recommend this office. Appointments were quick and always on time, and the staff is outstanding!
