If you don't have money to pay your bill be ready to be sued Then have your insurance card present because they are to lazy to look to see if you have dental insurance!! Then the lady at the clerk office even said I wondering if there anyone left in Hamilton County he has not sued yet!!

My husband was in horrible pain with a bad tooth. They were able to work him in immediately! The staff and doctor were amazing. Would highly recommend!

The staff is truly amazing! I was in a lot of pain following a Lengthy procedure that I'd had a few days prior. When I called them Jenny, who is the lady who works the front desk was able to quickly get me squeezed into their already very full schedule that day. The whole staff is very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable and your made to feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I'm so glad I found this office, very highly recommended! :-)

The staff is truly amazing! I was in a lot of pain following a Lengthy procedure that I'd had a few days prior. Amazing! Awesome! Fantastic! Incredible! Caring! I LOVE my new family! Dr. Velez, Tom, Jenny and the rest of my "family" are the best ever! They really care about you and you're never treated like a number. It's a laid back fun office with people who do VERY professional work for reasonable prices. I can't recommend this place enough!!! And we found "That Guy!"...the guy who never settles for 2nd best...the Master denture maker. I came home and cried...they gave me ME back! Don't settle for 2nd best...you're worth ONLY THE BEST!!! Thank you is not never enough!

I just moved to Indiana from Virginia in April. I needed to find a dentist ASAP because I was having severe pain from my wisdom tooth. I didn't check reviews or look at multiple offices, I just picked the closest one too me. I am so glad Dr Velez's office is the closest! It was the fastest dentist visit I've ever had and that's with him having to extract a wisdom tooth! He seemed nice and very straight forward. Our conversation: Dr: your wisdom tooth is infected Me: oh, ok. Dr: .... Me: .... Dr: want to take it out now? Me: sure Dr: ok DONE, in 15 min!

This dental service forced me to pay 1,500 upfront and then billed my insuranc company another 1,400 for workbnever done on me. Ask Humana who verified false charges.

Thank you so much for a quick response to a traumatic tooth event! (broke off a front tooth) They were able to get me in quickly and on a FRIDAY when all other dentists are off....and got me set up with a temporary situation and a few options for long term. Again, thank you so much! xoxo
