I waited in the office for 30 minutes before being told that my appointment was canceled, and that I would be called the next day to schedule another. I never received a phone call but instead got a bill in the mail for $25 with no explanation on the invoice which was dated 3 months back. This was the first I had ever heard of owing anything to the dental group so I called for more information. It took a full 2 days after contact for them to figure out why the bill was sent, and to let me know this was for a fluoride treatment 6 months back. I am now getting to pay for the treatment again because the new management has no history of my first payment, and neither do I because that was 6 months ago and I don't have a receipt. I do not recommend this dentistry.

My mother came here and they recommended that she take out her teeth and get false teeth, so she did and the teeth wasn't right she couldn't bite anything because the alignment was all wrong and they wouldn't fix them instead they gave her a Partial refund and told her to go find another dentist . Very unhappy and my mom past away with a year of not being able to eat. She didn't have dental insurance so she couldn't get more teeth right away.

I haven't been to the dentist in at least 15 years possibly 18. I was in a time crunch and they worked with me to make sure they could get the work done I needed within a good time. I have 2 more appointments and I am looking forward to them. I had some work done this morning and the dentist was surprised I didn't have more issues other than some cavities. I am so pleased with the friendliness of the staff, it's clean, and it smells good. I noticed that the dentist and assistant were aware of my body language while working on my teeth and joked with me and vise versa. Try them out!

Been very happy with the take over from when Dr. Edwards owned it. I adored Dr. Truta and Dr. Edwards, but they have continued great customer service. As well, I now have my kids going here. I love the email reminders and the calls, so it's really hard to forget an appointment.
