I didn't have a good experience. Losing their personal touch for more bookings. I was handled roughly by an assistant while taking off the clamps from my teeth when I was numb. The doctor was about somewhere and didn't come back into check. Next day I was so sore, I had a laceration on my gum! I called to report it and never received a call back. No happy smiles!

EDIT 10/6/2022: Deanna is no longer there so back to the 5 stars they deserve. I'm so happy about this. I need SO much dental work done and had finally found a place with great staff and a great dentist. I wasn't going to let Deanna ruin that for me but I was a little worried about still having to see her. I've gotten my billing issues resolved (it really was such an easy thing, it was no big deal at all! Thank you Christina!) and the techs and my dentist continue to be amazing. EDIT 9/7/2022: I have to change my review. I am having extensive dental work done as insurance and finances allow. I always pay up front, day of. I had just had 4-5 hours of dental work done (Dr. Faino is still 5 stars, wonderful dentist), and was going to pay and make my next appt. The amt Deanna was trying to get me to pay was not correct. I tried politely explaining this to her. She just kept rudely talking over me HOW DONT YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS. I NEED *THIS* NUMBER BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOUR FILE SAYS. over and over. I knew I didn't owe the number she was trying to get me to pay. Instead of treating me like an idiot she could have politely offered to look into it, especially since I've always otherwise paid upfront. I walked out. I will contact my insurance and figure it out and happily pay what I actually owe without "Deanna" shouting at me. The dental techs are amazing, Dr. Faino is amazing, and alot of the other desk staff is nice, but I'd definitely ask not to have Deanna handle your account or be your checkout person. Especially if you just had hours of dental work and just need to get home and attend to the rest of the day. If you have anxiety, ask for anxiety medication just to deal with Deanna. Earlier review: I have so many dental problems after dealing with chronic anemia and an autoimmune disorder. The staff here is amazing and has never made me feel uncomfortable about it. My dentist is wonderful, his work is flawless and I have never been in pain through any of it.

TERRIBLE place. I asked for the price of implants. They said I had to come in for a cleaning to find out the price but I would not charged for the cleaning. It had not been 6 months since my last cleaning but they said it was fine and I would not be charged. They then did the cleaning then told me the implant doctor WASN'T even there then charged my insurance company for the cleaning I didn't want. Now they will not refund my money or talk to me.

Going here is the closest you can come to "enjoying" your dentist appointments. Everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and helpful, they really make it a stress-free experience. They also caught some serious problems that hadn't been addressed by my past dentist and saved me from some major issues in the future. Really glad I found this place!

I have a dental phobia. Everyone is so nice about it and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I will never be able to go to a dentist without revisiting old trauma, but I am so glad I found this group and because my insurance allows it I go three times a year rather than two.

Awesome team! My hygienist was amazing, the dentist was efficient, the receptionists were incredibly sweet. Super super awesome experience which is something I never thought was even possible from a dental visit. :)

Clean, modern, spacious office. Staff is very friendly and the techs are professional. Arrive there closer to the appointment time than early. The office is busy so it'll be little after your appointment time that they'll see you (I mention this because some offices are able to see patients earlier if they arrive before appointment time). Highly recommend for dental office!

My last appointment at Noble was actually a little traumatizing. I have always had great experiences with the hygienists, and found the dentist to be pompous and demeaning, not to mention incredibly unprofessional. I went in with a cavity that needed to be filled and no pain. The hygienist gave me two shots to numb me before seeing the dentist. When I was moved into his room I told him that I was already numb and ready to go. Before I knew it he was giving me another shot in my gum. I held my hand out trying to speak and tell him to not give me another shot, as he was about to inject. He dismissed me and told me to wait to talk while following through with the extra shot. In addition, there were some clear mistakes made with the filling that are causing me continuous pain two weeks later. I literally still have a bruise on the side of my face from either the shots or the filling. It hurts to eat on that side and I look like a victim of domestic violence. I made an appointment with another dentist to fix this. I am going tomorrow with the hope of getting some relief. I will never go to Noble again!

Great first time going here and was satisfied with everything from Making my first appointment over the phone to the moment I walked in!!! everyone is great, helpful and very polite and you can tell they love doing their job!! I found my new dentist home!! Great place love it!!!

Dr. Tan and her team of Kiara & Michelle were excellent! Deanna in the front office was equally wonderful! I've had years of dental care & this was by far one of the best experiences for a crown & filling.

It's always a nice experience when we go for our cleanings. The staff is super friendly. They were very patient and helpful with my 16 month daughter. The office is also clean and updated.
