In January of 2020, Dr. Courtney Lam moved to her new home in near Hershey, PA. She purchased her own practice outside of Harrisburg. Were grateful for the time she spent as part of the Noble Dental team and know that she has years of success and great patient care ahead of her.
Dr. Kelly Schwabe simply has a love for dentistry in her DNA. Both of her parents are dentists, her sister and brother-in-law are dentists and she is married to a dentist! Since the young age of 8, she and her family have participated in annual dental mission trips, providing care for those in need in rural Jamaica. Through mission work, Dr. Schwabe found her favorite part of dentistryserving others.
Dr. Schwabe graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a bachelors in Biomedical Sciences and continued her education at Marquette School of Dentistry to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed an advanced education residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA where she focused on treating patients who required complex oral rehabilitation. While her husband served as a dentist in the Navy, Dr. Schwabe practiced in Virginia Beach, VA. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Christian Dental Society. Her joy is bringing smiles to her patients faces through quality, compassionate care and good communication.
In her free time, Dr. Schwabe and her husband love nothing more than to be outdoors with their son, Theodore and dog, Jazzy. Whether it is running, hiking, or exploring the city, they cherish the sunshine and fresh air. Dr. Schwabe values a healthy lifestyle and tries to make the most of every single day. She is passionate about what she does and feels so blessed to be part of such a professional dental team.
Dr. Shayna Mesko graduated from the University of Connecticut Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. She went on to graduate second in her class from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. After obtaining her DMD she went on to serve in the United States Navy as a dentist for five years. With the Navy, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois where she had the privilege of treating both her countrys veterans and the Navys newest recruits. Dr. Mesko comes straight to the Noble Dental family from Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia, where she was able to care for thousands of Marines, Sailors, and Presidential Support Personnel.
Dr. Mesko regards herself as a very academic individual, and one of the things she loves most about dentistry is its demand for constant learning, education, and growth. She takes every opportunity to improve her skills through CE courses and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Spear Education, and is Invisalign certified. Areas of dentistry Dr. Mesko enjoys pursuing most include restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Lam is devoted to providing quality conservative and comprehensive dental care to each and every one of her patients. She provides individualized treatment plans that fit each patients desires and needs. Dr. Lam uses the latest dental materials and technologies and is an advocate of preventative dental care for quality of life.
She received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine graduating in the top of her class and with honors in Radiological Science. She was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Lam continued her dental education after graduation by attending residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. There she received her certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and hands-on experience with full mouth reconstruction, surgical implant placement and implant restorations, CAD/CAM restorations and complex and cosmetic restorative dentistry.
Dr. Lam is a member of the Spear Study Group which prides itself on providing continuing education for dentists that are dedicated to the pursuit of clinical excellence in dentistry. Dr. Lam is also an active member of a number of societies including, the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Noble dental was recommended to me by two of my coworkers and I am so happy they did so. Every dentist, assistant, and employee at this business has been nothing but thorough, kind, and accommodating. I have never been talked through my dental care like I have here - something I have really sought so I can understand my situation. In addition, they accommodated a last minute root canal to ensure I wouldn't be in pain on a week-long trip. They are all around a fantastic provider that I would recommend to anyone.

I am having some extensive dental procedures and work done and the whole team including Dr. Mesko are always thorough, patient and will take all the time necessary to answer questions, discuss future plans and goals always with my personal interest at heart.

Fantastic treatment during my procedure. Dr. Ku was phenomenal and talked me through everything occurring in real-time. Great bedside manner and painless outcome. Front desk service and customer experience was abysmal. They told me I had to pay charges that weren't part of the original estimate and weren't covered by dental benefits. When I received my claim (explanation of benefits) the numbers did not match the invoice. I have called the front desk three times, spoke to the office manager, who told me she would rectify. It's now more than a week later and I have not received a response.

Dr. Conover and his staff are the best!! I never have to wait, can always get an appointment and know I am getting the best care. I could not recommend this office any higher, go to Noble Dental you will NOT be disappointed!

Jackie is the best hygienist I've ever had. On my last visit she had me laughing so hard that I almost swallowed my toothpaste at the end (I say this as a good thing, not a bad thing). She makes the experience of going to the dentist actually enjoyable!

I came to this practice after two other dentists in Philly had made (costly) major mistakes. Dr. Conover accurately evaluated the issues and made a great plan for fixing everything. What a relief to be in competent hands!! Everyone in the practice is so kind and friendly and professional. I've had a lot of dental work in my life, and I so appreciate the skill of at Noble including hygienists, office staff, and dentists. Never an issue, never a problem and I really love their membership program. I'll be with them forever!

Great dental practice with modern offices, appointment availability, an never a wait for your appointment. Jackie is an excellent hygienist (and neighbor) and all the doctors and courteous and knowledgeable. I have been going to this practice for the last 4 years at least since Dr. Rice was practicing. I've been going to Noble Dental for over five years now, and I couldn't wish for a better dentist. The staff are professional, capable, and kind. I've recommended this practice to friends, and they've been equally pleased. In fact, they are so gracious that it makes it easy to follow through with my regular dental care. One of my coworkers had recommended me this dental office as I was looking for a dental provider in Philly. The location is in downtown Philly and easily accessible. I had two visits to this office and my experience has been great so far. Staffs and providers are very professional, friendly, and personable. They really care about my dental health and took the time to explain and educate me about my dental anatomy and answered my questions and concerns. Very thorough with their examination and dental hygiene process. In addition, the dental office is clean and organized and I did not have to wait for a long time to be seen. Will definitely recommend this dental office to my friends and family members!
