I loved everything about my experience: free pouch with tooth brush, tooth paste, etc, getting to put a show on Netflix on their TV while my teeth were being cleaned, receiving info on how to properly take care of my teeth and being shown first hand how to floss correctly, also Black women dentist. Love to see it. I already recommended it to a few people.

Definitely not your typical dental office. Far from cold and sterile, everyone at Noble Dental Care is attentive and warm. Upbeat and funny. Thank you for taking care of me and my family!

DISHONEST BILLING-SALES PEOPLE. Apparently at the beginning of any standard appointment, WITHOUT CONSENT, they take a digital mold of your teeth that costs around $250 out of pocket. I went in for a regular check up and ended up $700 poorer. I've been to the dentist regularly my whole life and never had a bill this high. I believe my wisdom teeth being removed was less expensive out of pocket. I was a little confused because I only had one cavity and an old filling that needed to be replaced along with my cleaning and standard x-rays. I declined the multiple attempts to add on services that were clearly unnecessary. I mentioned the cost when I was given my bill and the lady behind the counter said my insurance just wasn't that great. It was a new plan, so I took her word for it, paid and moved on. A month later I get a summary from my insurance that told the whole story. Completely out of pocket, I paid $185 for a "dental cast" and $85 for a "photograph". So I called a good friend who's husband is a dentist to ask what this could be. He asked if I had a physical mold of my teeth taken. I knew I hadn't because I have had this done in the past, you know when it is being done. So I called the office and was told a digital mold is taken before each appointment. Really? Since when?! I'm 43 years old and have been to the dentist countless times. I'm calling BS and want my money back for an unnecessary procedure I did not consent to.

Professional as soon as I walked in the door. I was told about my procedure and any expenses I will have to take care. After getting in the dentist chair she was very informative of what I needed to get done and the best to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them.

I've been coming here for the better part of 7 years. I really love the dentists, but back of house billing has drastically gone downhill. They are conducting extremely shady practices, attempting to overbill customers, and won't even discuss in person to break down the bills. For example, for a crown, their price is $1485. My insurance company covers 80%, which I confirmed directly with them. Then why is Noble Dental trying to charge me $546 (which is almost double what I should pay - 36% vs 20%), and won't even offer explanation or discuss with me? It's not right, I was a loyal customer for years, traveling from another neighborhood to continue coming here, and I will not be doing that anymore. UPDATED AFTER THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: Interesting that you'd rather address this behind a screen over a Google review, versus face-to-face when I was standing in your office asking the very same question. Further, you are incorrect: confirmation from my insurance company again that they cover 80%.

When I first set foot in Noble Dental Care, I was immediately greeted by a charismatic and cheerful receptionist. I received a gift and the registration process was effortless and quick. Long story short...I have a fear of going to the dentist because of a past negative experience. The staff at Noble was so welcoming and helped me through my apprehension of receiving dental care. I am definitely coming to Noble for all of my dental care needs.

This is a great clinic! I got a very thorough exam complete with numerous X-rays and scans, a deep but gentle cleaning (that did not leave my mouth sore), and an extensive talk with the dentist about my condition and next steps. Everyone here is very professional and friendly.

Wow!! Almost a year has passed since I visited Dr. Quarry's office. So this review is wayyyy late but COVID struck hard and all else went out the window. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Quarty and her staff. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, everything was top notch. I felt safe and welcomed. I even got over my fear of being in the dentist office (had a very bad experience with a dentist once) Dr. Quarty is the absolute best. She's accomplished, professional, gentle, reassuring and takes her time to throughly explain everything! I left with a smile on my face and a new outlook about dental care! I would recommend her to anyone!! And I will be back!!

I came in with a toothache - 1st time being there. I was given perhaps the best exam I've had in any dental office. Thorough & efficient. They listened to my concerns & worked with me. From the front desk to the doctor herself, including the (lack) of wait time, I was very impressed. I think my teeth now have a new home, so to speak.

I was treated with care and patience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and instead of being met with Judgement I was met with options and a plan. Everyone was gracious, front desk, hygienist, dentist and billing. I was even allowed to pick what I watched on television while getting my x-rays and cleaning which was helpful because the dentist always leads to anxious and awkward feelings lol. On top of that...the practice is owned by a black woman! The staff is also apart of the diaspora which warmed my heart. I will be back!
