The dentist himself was very good, he was very kind, but the rest of staff made me feel awkward. I came in there with no insurance and paying out of pocket so I don't know if that was what was the cause of them acting extra Fake Nice, but they proceeded to talk about me poorly in the room next to me while I waited for the dentist. A room with an open window connected to the one I was in, so I could hear everything. Talking about me as if I were intentionally trying to hide things from them. "I don't know why she wouldn't have told us" and so on. And it was clearly about me because they were talking about "the new patient that just came in" "she". I don't know, how about you come ask me directly instead of gossiping behind my back where I can hear you? Might not want to gossip about your patients right beside them?
