I have made several appointments. One of my first appointments was a wisdom teeth extraction, which was cancelled because they obtained the incorrect contact information. I showed up and had to reschedule. Another instance they called to change the date of my appointment to the next day. I showed up and they were closed so there must of been an error scheduling. It has been 5 months since my wisdom teeth extraction and im still feeling some tingling on my lip. I also had a bonding appointment for one of my chipped teeth and the week after i chipped the same tooth. Poor job with office and dental work.

Been going here for years and they are great!! They take the time to explain things you need to know about your overall teeth and gum health..I appreciate everything they have done for me and also Dawn has done an excellent job with the cleanings as well.. Ty all and great job!!

09/2022... When i started out at NJ Team Dental almost a year ago, the staff and I had many conflicts. I felt like I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. And it was sort of just that until I realized there were many misunderstandings between me and the staff, but hopefully it is geting better. I am appreciating their efforts to help me out, thank you so very much Ro! Thank you Jessica for following up on my claim. Thanks to rest of the staff members as well for making my appointments, taking care of the billing, and my dental cleaning. Lot of hard work goes into all of that, I would know. I used to work in medical as a respiratory therapist. Keep up the good work. Many thanks to Dr. Trafecante, I met him first time last week, loved his bedside manners. He is really awesome, very friendly, gentle and funny! He took care of me very well, no worries. I know I am at the right place and in good hands.

Jimmy and I were just there this past Saturday and I can't tell you the staff is amazing, We moved to Long Island and we will not change to someone else. We actually enjoy going to the dentist.. and especially Jimmy loving the ladies. Lol

Dr. Whiteman is the best dentist we have ever met. He always take care of our kids dental health professionally with a smile. In addition, the front desk staff is really nice. Special thanks goes to a girl name Jessica. She was really nice to us on my daughter visit.
