NJ Dental 1 is a Cherry Hill based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
After graduating from Temple University School of Dentistry, Dr. Alexader Gelman opened up a state-of-art dental practice in Cherry Hill, NJ. For the past 24 years, Dr. Gelman has focused his practice on the art of aesthetic.
He and his staff are both facing and solving diverse clinical challenges each day, keeping in mind the important responsibilities to our patients and our practice. These responsibilities dictate the direction of our daily activities.
Being enthusiastic about life, he shakes up his routine by accepting new challenges, both professional and personal. On the professional side, Dr. Gelman attends classes, networks with colleagues and researches ways to advance his skills. On a personal level, Dr. Gelman enjoys spontaneous activities with family and friends.

Very good dentist, reasonable price, procedure is almost painless. The only issue is appointment has to be scheduled way in advance as the appointment book filled up quickly !

Amazing doctor , office has all equipment that needed for implants and any cosmetic or diagnostic procedures. Very clean and safe . No pain !!!!

I love him I love him I love him!!!!! He is my best friend( in my head ) lol. He is polite professional never backed up loud or crowded. It's so calm. I love the staff I miss his ole staff but the new ones are awesome too. !!!

Shocked at all the reviews that state they explain everything to you. As a first time patient, I went for a routine cleaning and x-rays. I chose them because they are in my network and they get great reviews. So my cleaning which seemed like every other cleaning I've ever had turned out to be a periodontal exam. What's that? It's very much like a regular cleaning, only my insurance doesn't cover it. I found this out AFTER my visit. Had I known I was paying out of pocket, I'd have gone elsewhere. After many back and forths with this office and my insurance company, they did offer me a check to cover the service. I have since filed an appeal with my insurance to see if they will ultimately cover the exam, so I'll see where that leads. I didn't have a problem with the professionalism of the doctor or his hygienist, hence 2 stars instead of 1 but this office needs more transparency.

One word...Amazing! I was in excruciating pain for months waiting for my oral surgeon to fit me in. I couldn't even leave messages with them, so I took a chance on a Google search for same day Emergency dental extraction with Dr. Gelman. It was the best decision I've ever made. The entire process took 30 minutes and now my tooth pain is history. Everyone was extremely No and kind, and oh so efficient!! If anyone tells you all dentists are equal, simply don't believe them. Nothing could be further from the truth! Thanks again!!! You guys are the best!!!
