Dr Kirsch and his staff were amazing. Our daughter had an undescended adult tooth, Dr Kirsch pulled the baby tooth and attached lingual chain in 35 minutes. Quick recovery, and Dr Kirsch called to follow up next day. Staff was very kind and supportive.

My son went for a consultation for what we thought was wisdom tooth pain. The office diagnosis was two bottom impacted wisdom teeth. We were told that the top half of both bottom wisdom teeth would have to be removed, and not the whole tooth, due to the close proximity of a nerve near the wisdom teeth. I asked the office personnel several times by phone and e-mail to file the claim under my medical insurance, which was out of network. I was willing to pay the deductible and percentage of the surgery, but the office personnel still refused. They were only willing to submit the claim under my dental policy, and told me to personally submit any uncovered out of pocket expenses to my medical provider. Under my dental policy I would have had to pay $2,200 out of pocket surgery expenses. Under my medical provider I would had to pay a total of $600 deductible, and percentage. Not feeling comfortable after the office personnel's refusal to use my medical insurance, I had a second opinion from another oral surgeon, who accepted my medical insurance. The diagnosis from the second oral surgeon, was that both bottom teeth did not have to be touched at all, and if there was no pain as was the case, leave both bottom teeth alone with NO SURGERY. The second oral surgeon saw from the CT scan, that my son had both bottom wisdom teeth covered in bone, and this would protect any issues from arising in the future. The same CT scan from the first consultation with NJ CENTER FOR ORAL SURGERY was used for the second consultation, so we could compare apples to apples. I am not accusing any one of unethical practices, but I am just stating facts, that it pays to get more than one opinion when dealing with any surgery. UPDATE- according to GOOGLE, oral surgeons in most cases completed college courses in Biology, Chemistry, Psychics, and Calculus, to name a few. Having taken three of the before mentioned courses in high school, a tremendous amount of book smarts is needed. Dental professionals abide by a CODE OF ETHICS, when dealing with the public. They are: INTEGRITY, OBJECTIVITY, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, CONFIDENTIALITY, and PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. Refusing to submit a patient's medical insurance, has nothing to do with not meeting a patient's expectations. That is pure and simple unprofessional behavior. I decided to not worry about posting our experience due to the HIPA privacy law, so others know the facts of what transpired. Again, I am not accusing anyone of unethical practices. Like the old saying goes- THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COME FIRST.

Such a pleasant experience! I like many people, have had the anxiety of going to the dentist for the longest. Due to bad experiences and insecurities. From my consolation to the wisdom teeth extraction (4 Teeth!) everything went great. Dr. Zambetti was very personable and professional! Dr. Zambetti even called me later that night to ensure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! Michele, along with the entire staff made me feel so at home. They did everything to get me comfortable and I couldn't be more appreciative. I was completely out during the entire procedure and the pain after is nothing worse than a very mild toothache. Also! They have Sonos speakers in the room and will play music of your request as the anesthesia kick in. I HIGHLY recommend NJ Center for Oral Surgery of Caldwell. I will definitely be referring friends and relatives. Don't be hesitant! Take care of your teeth!

After a serious accident, I was in urgent need of highly focused and complex dental care. Received numerous recommendations for Dr. Luke Zambetti at NJ Center For Oral Surgery. Called the office and was given an immediate appointment. Dr. Zambetti, a talented and empathic surgeon was excellent. He prepared and educated me about the surgical experience before each procedure needed. In addition, the entire office staff was informative, caring, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Zambetti to anyone requiring an oral surgeon. Thanks many times over for going above and beyond.

This has been a wonderful oral surgery experience for me. My prior experience was negative so I was apprehensive. (1) The office staff has been very professional, organized, supportive and informative. They made sure I had all the materials I needed to make decisions and care for before and after the oral surgery. (2) The office itself is very clean and COVID/germs "safe" (3) Dr. Zambetti, has a great medical "bedside" manner. He educated me about the issue I was having and explained the process/procedure I would experience. He make sure I was continuously informed during the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable and as "pain free" as possible. The support staff was also great before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Zambetti also followed up with me to make sure I was doing OK later on after the procedure. I would totally recommend this group to anyone seeking oral surgery care.

As dental visits go, these were very pleasant experiences! Everybody was warm, friendly and professional, explaining everything that was being done. I was comfortable throughout and felt no pain or discomfort which I thought was pretty amazing!

Nobody wants to get teeth pulled! Our four family members experiences with Dr. Kirsh at NJ Center for Oral Surgery have been nothing short of excellent. My son just had 4 wisdom teeth removed and is doing well. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Kirsch called himself to check on my son the night of the surgery. He also called 1 week later to follow up. I would call this old fashioned service that is RARE in this day and age!!

NJ Oral Surgery in Caldwell is by far the best place I have Ever been to have a tooth removed. This is my first visit here, but the staff made me feel as if I've been there many times before. For example, they asked what music I'd like to listen to during the surgery, I didn't want anyone suffering through my taste in music, so we settled on some No Doubt even though I'm sure they would've put some Nu-Metal on if I wanted. During the surgery I was sweating on my brow not from lack of a/c, I just run hot, so a nurse came and put a cold towel on my forehead. It not only cooled me down, but calmed my nerves a bit more as well, All-Star move right there. Dr. Zambetti was amazing, the surgery was efficient, and I usually feel the pinch from the nova cane needle at other places but not here, he was gentle the whole time and explained the process step by step. I'd really like to thank the nurses/techs Liscett, Meriam and Jackie for making the whole experience not suck and frankly was a very pleasant experience. I was a bit nervous going in first time at NJ Oral Surgery but after leaving I am confident in recommending this place to anyone seeking relief from tooth pain. NJ Oral Surgery is next level oral care!!! - RL

I highly recommend Dr Kirsch, he explained the procedure to me and following the extraction of 3 wisdom teeth I really didn't have any pain after the first 24hrs. I will return should I need any oral surgery in the future.

I came here for molar removal. I've had my wisdom teeth out when I was young and was freaking out. My wisdom tooth removal wasn't a pleasant experience. I felt so comfortable and confident that I chose the right place when I came to the NJ center for oral surgery. And I was correct! I barely had any discomfort after removing two teeth. The next day I could go to work, no swelling no bleeding. His hands are amazing because it almost feels like no one touched my mouth! I would highly recommend this business, from walking in the whole staff is super professional and the place is ClEAN.

I am writing this review based on the quality of care I received. I will mention the insurance later in the review. Dr. Kirsch did my consultation; Dr. Zambetti did my surgery. Dr. Kirsch was very clear and answered all my questions well. I felt very safe with them doing the surgery. Dr. Kirsch seemed very knowledgeable. Dr. Zambetti did the actual surgery and it went smooth. He answered all my questions and was very easily accessible for follow up care. The office seems pretty organized, and it is very clean. The other staff (aside from the doctors) were all very nice. The insurance portion was the only thing that was negative. I noticed when they gave me an itemized bill that they changed the price of one of the services they provided only after I questioned them. It did not impact the total (because it was before the health plan discount was applied), but I did not like the fact that there was any error on the pricing considering the high cost to the surgery. They do not help finance the surgery and expect payment upfront, so be prepared. Quality of care is very high, and insurance is a mess in this country anyway.

Got my wisdom teeth taken earlier this month in June by Dr. Zambetti. Going into it I was anxious about it as I have a fear of dental procedures and dentist in general, especially with all the stories of people having a bad experience getting them taken out and the recovery process. I was referred to this location by several individuals as well as my dentist for their fantastic operation and post-op recovery. In my case of my procedure, it was a very smooth process on my end with no complaints. I got them out late in the morning and was out like a light for all of the surgery. It seems like Dr. Zambetti's typical procedure for wisdom teeth removal was laughing gas before putting a patient under general anaesthesia. This really helped to ease my anxiety since there was a standard procedure, the procedure was explained to me in detail, and I was given the office's expectations. For my recovery, the first two days were painful but nothing extreme. Very much tolerable and bearable at the level to where I was fully functioning for work the day after surgery. This experience was similar to other individuals that I had heard from as the surgery and recovery the day after left them comfortable enough to go about on a standard day (minus any solid foods). Dr. Zambetti and his team reached out to me to check in and see if I had any questions regarding recovery, diet, and timeline while also addressing any concerns that I had. Overall a great experience here in the Caldwell location. I have absolutely only praise for how smooth the procedure and the recovery went for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is nervous or anxious to strongly consider Dr. Zambetti and his office as they were absolutely fantastic. The location was very clean, staff was great, very professional, and overall a fantastic experience for the surgery and recovery with all their experience and guidance.

Dr Zambetti and Jackie were amazing.. They were very nice before, during and after my surgery. Dr Zambetti reached out to me the day after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I had a couple of questions a week after surgery and he answered them very fast. Love the staff and service! 10/10

I never leave reviews like this BUT I had to make an exception because this one is much needed. I had a bad experience at a dentist a few years back and had been extremely traumatized. I was in so much pain as it came time for my wisdom teeth to come out. ALL four at once and I was a wreck, my anxiety was through the roof. I came across NJ Center for oral surgery after doing research and reading all the reviews and expeditiously made my appointment. The process was smooth and easygoing. I was in and out in a few hours after having all four of my teeth removed. Dr. Zambetti and his assistant Jackie and everyone at the office were very professional and so kind. (My prior experience was not so great compared to the treatment I received here) in addition to the dr providing detailed explanation of everything, it made me feel much better. The pain right after was manageable and they also walk you through everything on the care needed for post surgery and did follow ups. I can't thank you all enough. I've since healed and I have been great.

Dr. Zambetti and his team were so generous and kind. Easiest oral surgery ever. Jackie, his assistant was amazing as well. He makes sure that you're taken care of, and even let me listen to music of my choice before going under anesthesia! Would highly recommend coming here for any oral surgery needs.
