Dr. El-Refai and staff are so pleasant. Dr.El-Refai takes the time to explain what steps a patient will go through and how she will administer each step, which is nice so there are no unknowns. It was quick and easy to get an appointment top, and when you're in pain, it's great to have her support.

I was referred to Dr El-Refai through my personal dentist due to needing a complicated root canal. She performed x-rays and special imaging so she could see exactly what needed to be done. I was then scheduled for the procedure. I have to say that she was wonderful ! My comfort was her number one priority. From the time I walked in the door to the completion of the procedure, her and her staff were kind, professional, and made me feel so cared for. I highly recommend her office for your endodontic care.

I had a root canal done (which I had put off for over a year, because of fear based on past experiences I've had over the years!) at Gentle Endodontics. Dr. Nivine is very skilled and there was NO PAIN, whatsoever! Their chair was SO comfortable and I was even given a blanket! I would recommend this practice for anyone dreading the procedure of having a root canal!!

Great doctor and staff. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Always making sure you are comfortable and pain-free. I've had a root canal the old way, but this new way with Gentle Wave is awesome. Thank You Doctor El-Refai and Staff

I have had several root canals. Once again, as I prepared myself for another one I was experiencing stress and anxiety. My dentist sent me to see an endodontist, Dr. El Refai. As always, I was so uptight when I went to the office the day of the procedure. I was seated and Dr. El Refai promptly came to greet me. She spoke to me in a calming voice and made sure I was comfortable in the chair. My gum was numbed with the gel and after a few minutes she proceeded to numb me. Much to my surprise, I did not even feel the needle or the pressure from the numbing medication. I have never been numbed without experiencing pain. Right away I was in a more relaxed state of mind. Once she started the procedure, she would always speak softly and inform me of what she was doing. I did eventually get calmed down enough to doze as the procedure continued. Her assistant was also excellent. I never had problems choking from the water and suctioning as I had always experienced before. I know if I'm in need of a future root canal or dental problem I will be consulting with Dr. El Refai's office. Take the stress off of dental problems or root canals and give Dr. El Refai's office a call. I'm sure you will be as pleased as I am. Rebecca Miller

Having a root canal is not necessarily a procedure you would look forward to experiencing. From the moment I entered the office, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff and physician were very courteous and professional. The procedure using the latest technology was painless. I had no issues following the procedure and the follow up confirming no ill effects after, by the office was appreciated. I highly recommend.

She is very compassionate and her office bent over backwards to get me in for a root canal. The procedure was pretty much painless and I was out of the office in an hour and thirty minutes. I didn't realize it until later that 20 years ago my family dentist tried to do a root canal and got stuck and he sent me there emergency and she was the one that did the procedure. That tooth is going on 20 years and still doing fine.

Dr. El-Refai was referred to me by my regular Dentist as he suspected I needed a root canal after I fractured my tooth. I am so thankful for the referral as I was anxious about it. My anxiety was calmed as soon as I entered the office and was greeted by the kindest front desk assistant. The other assistants were equally kind and considerate. Meeting Dr. El-Refai and going over my case I was ready. The procedure took longer than expected but being the absolute professional that Dr. was in the end all went well. Just a few days of a little discomfort after and that was it! She is a Super Star in her field!

I developed an infection while traveling out of state. When I arrived home, I needed a root canal which Dr El-Rafai accomplished, combining consultation and remediation in the same visit. I am glad Dr El-Rafai has chosen this profession.

This is my second experience with Dr. El-Refai and her care remains the same as my original visit. She and her staff are foremost honest, caring and knowledgeable. Her explanation of the 3-D imaging was thorough and informative. The good doctor helped me AND my wife, who she invited to join me to review the images, understand all my options and never pushed to commit to using her services but let me/us decide our best plan for treatment. Dr. Nivine is definitely my Endodontist and I will recommend her and her wonderful staff to anyone.

Truly deserves 5/5 stars - who would think a root canal would be a comfortable experience! Everyone was kind, everything was clean, and considering this was a root canal revision I was so happy with this experience vs previously not getting it done by a specialist. Dr. El-Refai talked me through everything which I appreciate so I knew what was going on, throughly explained and showed me my X-rays/images both before and after treatment. She's the best, I highly recommend!

Both times I visited this office I had an amazing experience. I everyone in the office was extremely polite, Dr. El-Refai was extremely professional and answered all my questions or concerns, offered me a blanket during my procedure, and the root canal I had was actually relaxing. Best experience ever.

Dr. El-Refai is so wonderful at getting me in sooner. She got me in the next day after I began with the tell tale sensitivities of a possible root canal. She is passionate about what she does and it shows! She explains things throughly and wants you have have the least pain possible and lays out options for you. She is someone I recommend to everyone for tooth pain!

Just had a visit with Dr. Nivine El-Rafai. It was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Office is a comforting environment. I had a 3D scan of the teeth in question. Cool technology. She went over the scan with me and explained everything in detail. She took the time to make sure I understood my options. Highly recommend!
