Great dental experience. Established care quickly (my schedule flexible which was helpful). Paperwork, comprehensive exam and cleaning in 90min. Entire staff is warm, patient and professional. Did not feel rushed and had all my questions/concerns addressed. Atmosphere is soothing and modern, very comfortable and inviting. Would highly recommend.

I called at 7:00 am with a little chip in my tooth but it was causing a lot of pain. They got me right in and fixed it up in very little time, no pain and a great job done!! I was back to normal by 9:42 am!! I normally hate going to dentist but they are cheerful, professional and make it as enjoyable as possible!!

Had a crown prepped and placed. Amazing how they were able to administer anesthetic completely painlessly. The dentist and dental assistant worked thoroughly but efficiently, and they were both personable and kind throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Nisqually Reach Dental.

This place is the worst place that I've ever been, at first the staff was very kind ,then when it came to schedule an appointment it was the most difficult scheduling I've ever had in my life. Upon trying to schedule my appointment the staff was very prejudiced in the way that I speak I don't appreciate prejudice or racism, all it took was one visit and I'm ready to go someplace else, I'll never go here again, I recommend finding a different establishment to get your dental needs attended

I would like to share my experience at Nisqually Reach dental office. Jolynn (hygienist) very gentle. The whole office was great from the front office to the Clinical staff. Very warm feeling they really care about their patients. This was my 1rst visit and I feel we found our new dental home . Thank you to all of you there.

These dentists are fantastic! Super friendly staff. Previously I was always nervous to go to the dentist... but they are very thorough and I was comfortable the whole time! They are great with kids too! Mine can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I have had issues with dentists that traumatized me in to not going to the dentist for about 15 years. Nisqually Reach proved my reluctance to return to a dentist was unfounded. The whole staff is very friendly and skilled. The receptionists easily scheduled me right in and have been on top of making sure the appointment scheduling is done right and even called to offer an earlier appointment time. I have had work done by all three doctors, several assistants and hygienists; all were excellent and very skilled with their work. I had no major pain during a large quantity of restorative work which is a first for me! My second semi annual cleaning was just completed and my smile is shining white again. There is little need to worry about safety, the staff is taking more than adequate viral precautions. Their office has an excellent annual plan for those without insurance such as myself. I can't recommend Nisqually Reach Family Dentistry enough. Fair, Honest, Friendly, Fast, Quality. All five stars! Service will make you feel :-) Cost\Value: $$$** Recommend: Highly I am a Google Local Guide, my reviews are my own. I've been afraid of the dentist most of my life and Carrie made this a great experience, she was so kind and reassuring though the entire visit, comforting and patting my shoulder when needed, talking softly and aware of how nervous I was. Thank you Carrie for being a great care giver. Dr.Smith couldn't have been better, he was talking to me letting me know what was going on, he was skilled and had kind eyes. The entire staff was helpful and caring making sure I understood everything before I left. Thank you all, Debra del Fierro

I switched to this dental practice about a year ago now from a prior local office that I had been going to for over a decade. This office is so up to date and modern with their dental tools and made me leave more confident in my care than previously!

I was really impressed with this office. I found them since they are close to my house and checked out reviews first and am so happy I found them. I don't really like going to the dentist but didn't have any negative experiences and actually felt comfortable. My hygienist Caitlin was super sweet and friendly. She talked to me throughout, but never had me awkwardly try to talk while she is actively working on my teeth. The office looks clean and well cared for. The staff is all really friendly and most importantly they seem to be a very honest dentist office, which sadly I haven't always been able to find. Highly recommend them.

I had the best first visit as a new patient. Greeted when I walked inside the office, the hygenist Jolynn was super nice, friendly, and gentle on my teeth, and dentist Dr Wood was so wonderful. The best dental place that I have ever gone to for my teeth cleaning. I highly recommend. - Friendly - Honest - Welcoming

Everyone at this office is so kind and welcoming. I have a child who, due to a past experience with a dentist in OK, has a very hard time getting her dental exam. The hygienist was very kind and patient with my daughter, and explained everything before she started. She left with a smile on her face and said she would like to return. Thank you for creating a positive environment for your patients!

All of the staff and Doctors are friendly and professional. The facility is bright and comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with all the dental work I have had done. I would recommend the practice to any one that is needing to see a dentist.

I had not been to the dentist for 2 years since the Pandemic. Nisqually Family Dentist opened up near my home in the Britton Plaza & My Husband and I decided to give it a try. They were very friendly and the service is very good. We were glad to switch to Nisqually Family Dental.

I have been going to Yelm Dental since I was a kid and now to see familiar faces and doctors here was convenient and nice! I had just gone in to get my teeth cleaned and Caitlin was so gentle and comforting during the entire process! I saw Dr. Smith and as a dental student myself I enjoyed talking about our experiences! I drive all the way from Seattle just to go here, so definitely would recommend! :)

Fantastic people and great dental care. I usually really hate the dentist but the hygienist was super friendly and easy on the teeth making it a painless process. The doctor is nice as well and overall I feel well cared for. Highly recommend!
