This place is wonderful. Every employee I spoke with including the doctor were all very nice and helpful. Doctor Gandhi was informative and thorough in her examination and explanations. Quick wait times and no issues at all.

i loved my experience at 573 Fordham Dental Care. they're very clean and very professional. they are all knowledgeable from the front desk to the treamtment coordinator julie. Definitely making this my dental office. this place is the best! thank you Dr Gandhi & amazing staff!

I had a bad experience at this location. I went for a crown. I was asked to leave 400.00 down payment to make the appointment "to secure the appointment " the girl was insisting so much that didnt let me leave and walked me to the door to ask for atleast 200.00 dollars down payment. Extremely money hungry. Then weeks later I went to get a refund and they gave me a really hard time and attitude to return the money. Then the doctor Nishita is extremely rough. She treats your gums like a piece of meat. She won't apply numbing gel unless you ask for it. She will work on you without it.

Dr.Nishita actually knows the pain of her client it was a easy extraction process she made sure that i feel much comfortable as i was holding myself she comfort me n with an ease she made the things more comfortable i am thankful to her and the team for the service i would recommend them for helping in such hard times.A Doctor's place is next to god as a savior i felt it today.

So I have been having bad experiences with dentist who have done shabby job , my crown falling out on several occasions etc and I have to keep going to dentist to get the job fix by someone else and have to pay for it . I was referred to Dr Ghandi by my a friend who saw my distress .I have heard great things about her that she does amazing work . So far am impress ,she seems very knowledgeable, from the first day I saw her she was able to tell my history and know exactly what needed to be done before I could even give her my history, that was very impressive .The other staff members and Catherine were very professional . For me it's a process where I will need several visits because am getting several crowns done but for now everything has been going great and I hope it will stay that way .But so far good job .

Been going here for 3 yrs had appointment for 11:41 am waited til 2 pm I found it weird and I kept seeing new people so I was curious I asked did anybody call my name one of the staff responded oooh I'm sorry and had to look my name up smh and it's now 3 pm and still waiting for a cleaning

This was my first visit in seeing Dr. Gandhi - was greeted by the front desk person; very friendly. The reception area was clean and the office where I was treated as well. Greeted by Ana, the hygienist, asked how I was doing and explained what she was going to do. Took my X-rays and did a routine cleaning. She was very professional. Then came in Dr. Gandhi; kind and friendly greeting. She asked some questions, checked my mouth then went to check the X-rays. Dr. Gandhi explained what she noticed and discussed what the next step will be. I always get very anxious at the dentist office, but Fordham Care staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Looking forward to the next visit.

I have to say I love my Fordham Family. I have been coming to Dr. Gandhi since 2015. I have moved to New Jersey and made a HUGE MISTAKE I had gone to Colombia to get some implants thinking it would of been cheaper even after Dr Gandhi's warnings, what I got was cheap placed implants that shifted my natural teeth they also gave me metal based porcelain washed crown which turned greyish after 4 months of drinking coffee. I was so embarrassed to go back to Dr. Gandhi but I was not judge Dr. Gandhi and Katherine went into action. Staff is always happy making the office to calm and at ease. I was provided a educational treatment for my issues . Dr Gandhi took her time with me and provided unlimited post op and even virtual follow ups so i didn't have to travel to NYC. I was able to apply for financing and was given a no interest plan this saved me guys. I received reconstructive bone grafting and implants Dr gandhi also provided Invisalign for my shifting problems. I knew this was going to be a long commitment but we did it. I can actually smile again. I can go back to work with confidence. Dr Gandhi is the truth. She is a busy dentist but she commits to her patients. By the way she has an awesome manager/ jack of all trades Katherine, she made sure I was informed every step of the way she was also accessible to me after hours when I had questions about my treatment ( I really got on her nerves but she was so nice everytime we communicated). This is a definite 5+++ dental office to make you smile again. If you are serious about changing your teeth then call this office. The waitlist for an appointment is worth it guys. To all the other staff thanks for making me feel like family and confident again. Forever grateful. Grateful .
