Excellent cleaning and super fast! Scheduled my appointment during a break and was back on campus with time to spare before my next class. Will definitely be making this my go-to place for cleaning!

Paid $180 to have them tell me I had peritoneal disease and it would be another $800 to do the cleaning. Also, I had three cavities so that was another ~$1000. 9th east said if I didn't do the treatments my teeth would get worse. So I did some research and tried oil pulling. Then I did some more research and went to Mountain View Dental. I went in and the hygienist cleaned my teeth. After the cleaning the dentist said my teeth looked beautiful. I'm writing this review after my second cleaning (which was quick and easy) at mwd. My two cleanings with x-rays etc at mwd cost less than 9th east dental looking at my teeth and saying I needed to pay $1800 more. 2 stars instead of 1 or 0 because I was going to pay for the membership at 9th east before my cleaning, but they only charged me for the x-rays and consultation. Also, my wife said she had a good visit. Ymmv. From my experience either oil pulling works or 9th east is aggressive with treatment. Probably both.

The best!! I'm never going to another dentist while I live here. The doctors communicate with you really well and it's just a good environment. Least uncomfortable filling experience I've ever had.

I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past and don't like going to the dentist, but this is a great place to go! The Huangs are both excellent and kind and I recommend this place to my friends :)

Great service and kind staff. The doctors/hygienists are very transparent; I really appreciated how they educated me using their monitors on what they saw and diagnosed.

I arrived on time for my appointment and the receptionist had made a mistake so that my appointment was not on record and I had to set a new one, very disruptive. The hygienist and dentist very nice but I could barely open my eyes while in the chair because their headlamps were attached to their heads and so continually flashed directly in my eyes as their head positions shifted. They also had water from the sprayer dripping out the side of my mouth and down my face and jaw, onto my clothes. (This has never happened to me at any previous dental office)

I had an unfortunate incident of an old crown breaking from its base, and became painful. I saw Dr Preston on an emergent appt. The only option was to pull the remaining tooth and after discussion of options, I chose to have an implant even though he told me the longer time it would take to get the eventual tooth placement vs. A quicker resolution with a bridge. Dr Preston then gave a gentle and painless shot that allowed for a painless removal of the tooth. That takes skill! Now I just have to wait for the healing part.

I had another pleasant experience at Ninth East Dental! I was running late because of a traffic issue and called to alert them and they were patient and understanding. The hygienist was kind and thorough. They had updated equipment as well. Dr. Huang was thorough and talked in depth about an issue I was having. He didn't try to upsell anything, in fact, he did the opposite and gave me some options to consider. These dentists are honest and knowledgeable. I travel there all the way from Saratoga Springs because I trust them. Thank you, Ninth East Dental!

I mean it's still the dentists, but really the staff are just incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always explain what and why they're doing things, which personally I find interesting and diverting.

They're as good as they come! The staff are always very friendly and efficient. They don't keep you waiting. They send you plenty of reminders so you don't forget. The dentists are knowledgeable and kind. A great dental practice!
