Dr. Joseph Mara has provided hundreds of families with complete, uncompromising dental care for over 19 years. Dr. Mara keeps pace with the ever-advancing techniques of modern dentistry through many continuing education courses and programs. He is a fellow member of International Congress of Oral Implantology with special training from Tulsa Endodontics. Dr. Mara enjoys the outdoors, family time, traveling and hiking.

Dr. Mara was very informative, cordial, and efficient. His staff were professional, courteous, and well trained. The offices are well appointed and have all the necessary computerized imaging, which simplifies and speeds up the consultation process.

This dental office is one of a kind. Staff are attentive, polite and professional. They are respectful of patients time and make their best to make you comfortable. Dr. Mara is knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional committed to well being of his patients. At the time that most dentists are hard to trust and treat patients like used car salesmen, this office is different. They do not try to sell you treatment that you don't need.

I went for a consultation for an implant based on their "teaser" $1,999 (why don't they say $2k) for "implant, abutment & crown" ad. At the end of my consultation, I was quoted $4,800, nearly 2-1/2 times the teaser price of $2k. The missing items in the teaser price of $2k were: tooth extraction, bone graft & flipper (proper name Stayplate - another name for a partial denture, albeit a temporary one) to be used during the healing of implant site. Now, what I want to know is how many people go in for implants who do not need extraction, bone graft and stayplate!? Perhaps some may not need to have tooth extracted but others would definitely need bone graft and stayplate. So why advertise misleading teaser price of $2k when that is nowhere near the final cost. But unfortunately that is a common practice - I have been to see quite a few of the dentists advertising the teaser cost. My one star rating is based solely on the misleading advertised teaser price for an implant. I would give 5 stars for the rest of the practice, for: The doctor, the nurses and the front desk staff are very very friendly, the facilities are state of the art and office meticulously clean.

First-time visit was wonderful. Staff was sincere, warm and knew their craft. The doctor was excellent in his exam and assessment of my situation. He didn't recommend anything I didn't need. Very fair in pricing as well. I'll go back!
