I commend Dr Niles and her whole wonderful team. I recently had a crown pop off and Lisa got me in to see her the next day! The new office is lovely and the staff is always so kind and personable. I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist!

As a new patient, I immediately noticed how compassionate and comprehensive Dr. Niles and her staff are. This level of care is followed up at each visit. I look forward to bringing my toddler for his first exam knowing this.

I've been seeing Dr. Niles for almost a decade. She is warm, compassionate and caring. She spends the time to listen to her patients concerns. I trust her and the hygienists to keep my mouth healthy. She takes a conservative approach when it comes to dental restoration to maintain as much natural tooth as possible. The new office in Colchester is even better than the old location in Essex. They have monitors positioned directly in front of the patients so Dr. Niles can show you exactly what they're working on. I can't recommend this office enough.

Each of my appointments with Dr. Niles and dental hygienist Cory have been professional and friendly. Most importantly, I received outstanding quality care. Few places make me feel more vulnerable than in a dentist's chair, but Jennifer, Cory and NK's dental assistants provide the kinds of care that melt most of my vulnerabilities away. I am especially impressed with NKL's appointment communications. For example, for this last appointment I received a call about reaching my insurance yearly maximum and a quote for out-of-pocket costs. Dr. Niles called on Sunday, the day before my dental cleaning, to regretfully cancel my appointment - my hygienist's father passed away. Before i had a chance to call and reschedule, I received a call from NK's office offering me a new appointment the very next day! Bravo, Niles Kenworthy Dental !!!

I had. My 6 month appointment today. Upon entering the exam room. I was then told Dr. Niles was not in today and I would not be getting an exam just a teeth cleaning and I could come back later for an exam if I wanted to. I had no issues with my teeth cleaning. However, it would of been nice to get a phone call with this info so I would have had the opportunity to reschedule.

My initial visit, after transferring dentists, was exceptionally thorough. It made me wish I had changed dentists earlier. State of the art equipment helped me see the specific issues Dr. Niles was discussing with me. I would recommend this office to anyone who wishes a kind, caring and extremely professional dentistry experience.

I have been with Kenworthy-Niles dental for almost 40yrs. I like many had a fear of dentists from some bad childhood experiences. Dr. Kenworthy helped me get past that and Dr. Niles has continued the excellent experience. She assesses any issues, explains them and what might be the issue for waiting vs. doing now. There is never any pressure. Once you both agree on the path forward, she takes time to explain what will happen and makes it absolutely PAINLESS. I have had 2 crowns, a filling and other incidentals and have been very pleased with her attention to detail and making sure everything feels normal. She is very precise with getting the right fit. Well done and thanks!!

Dr Niles is amazing! She tells you exactly what to expect. She's very good at explaining the issue in an easy to follow responses. Dr Niles will be my dentist from now now

I have been going through the process of getting two crowns replaced and Dr. Niles has guided me through it, first sending me to an outstanding dental surgeon for a procedure that made it possible to attach one of the crowns and then following up with preparation for both crowns. I'm now only two weeks away from getting the permanent crowns and feeling very grateful that I have a highly professional and caring dentist such as Dr. Niles managing my dental care.

Dr. Niles and her assistant (I'm sorry, I forget your name, but you are so great) were both amazing. I have dentist fear after a bad experience elsewhere and they listened to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

I had another exemplary visit. Brooke, the Dental Hygienist, was very thorough and professional and personable. Dr. Niles did a very thorough exam and answered all my questions well. The entire office was set up very safely with regard to Covid 19. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had an appointment this afternoon and I cannot say enough great words about this place! From first being greeted all the way until leaving the office, I was very pleased with everyone there! The assistant was very thorough and great with explaining everything that was going to happen/is happening. When it was time for the Dr to come in she was amazing with explaining what she was doing and how it is done! All around a great experience! Highly recommend!
