Exceptional staff and beautiful office. Everyone couldn't have been nicer. But, I went in for a cleaning and was told that I had a tooth that needed a crown which would cost around $2,000. I made the needed appointments but, luckily, had to cancel. I decided to get a second opinion and was told my tooth was fine...no crown or anything needed. I am so happy that I did not go through with having the crown done but so disappointed that I was told I needed an unneeded procedure.

Last couple of cleanings I have had were with Kim, she is fantastic and does a great job, very gentle and gives great suggestions. After my most recent routine cleaning Dr. Niles was able to determine that one of my fillings needed to be replaced. I was not happy about this. I generally do not like going to the dentist for anything other than cleanings. But as an adult I need to take care of my health so I scheduled an appointment for her to replace the filling. Going into it I was apprehensive but she assured me that I wasn't going to feel a thing. She was right. It was fast and painless. I highly recommend this office. The staff is great! And as someone that generally doesn't like dentists, I really like going to Dr. Niles and feel like she definitely has my best interests in mind.

Loyal client - Niles has been my sole dental care provider for 5 years and although I currently live in Missouri, I come back every 6 months for my cleaning because of the exceptional service and atmosphere! Kim is my hygienist and she rocks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience with a caring, fun staff. Plus, you get to visit the lovely, small town of Niwot before/after your appt! :)

My kids and I have been coming to Niles Family Dentistry since Dr Niles first opened in 2014. We love her. The office is state of the art and her staff are all very knowledgeable. An asset to our town. I highly recommend her practice.
