Not good with children AT ALL. Possibly good for just adults. Idk I don't care. Avoid at all costs if you have children

DO NOT bring your kids here!! They aren't NOT kid friendly no kids pictures or decorations or anything for the kids to look at or distract them no training in treating kids. NO PATIENCE for kids. My daughter needed a filling and the nurse only tried for about 5 minutes and then gave up and tried to tell me so was gonna have to go to Cleveland to be PUT UNDER FOR A FILLING. I called way ahead of time when I was looking for dentists near me and they said they took kids and were kid friendly. So unless your kids sits perfectly still and isn't scared they will take them. When I expressed my disappointment and frustration with the nurse, after complimenting her, she became argumentative with me and disrespectful so I would say her customer service sucks too. I will be calling the better business bureau.

Argumentative. Rude. Unstable. Most of all Unprofessional. Dr Steven Santuccui was on a recommendation list from my dentist. My first visit I noticed his abrupt treatment to his employees which started my feelings of mistrust. I chalked it up thinking well maybe he is really good at his job. So not the case!!! Second visit I noticed all his equipment was outdated and questionable. I was in for a tooth extraction which is something that takes finesse. This man has no patience with Anyone I see now. My chart showed I have panic attacks due to the crunching and pulling. In addition I can't be prescribed opiates. He condescendingly quoted The Serenity prayer. After the removal I was give one piece of guaze and a plastic bag with a couple pieces of guaze. I had to ask the nurse instructions for after care. Every time he speaks you are getting reprimanded. I had to call because the healing process didn't feel right. His nasty attitude continued. I pushed back. He didn't like that at all. He can't control his temper.

Everything you dread about the dentist. Doesn't care about patients. He pulled wisdom teeth and left fragments.

DO NOT GO HERE. I myself, as well as at least two others I have heard from have had treatements done by this dentist and we're given a hard time, we're neglecting to patients basic needs and lacked any respect. Again, myself, and at least two others we're forced to go to a different dentist to get proper care and fix this office's mistakes. I highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Dr. Santucci is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I've always had an immense fear of the dentist and have hurt my teeth by putting the dentist off for years at a time. Dr. S has managed to help me overcome that fear and has fixed my mouth and all the work I needed done. I highly recommend him.

Called cause I needed dental work. They accept medicaid but once I said Molina she told me no.that doesnt make sense I guess poor people gotta have teeth rot out of their head

DO NOT GO HERE!! The dentist left a gauze pad in my fiance's tooth hole for almost 3 weeks!!! he had multiple follow up appointments and the dentist did nothing about it and didn't even see it! I knew something was wrong when he had a really bad odor coming from his tooth he had to pull a gauze pad out with tweezers bc the dentist pushed it in so far!! We will not be back!!!!

Did a very great job. 5 star rating for sure . I have been afraid to go to the dentist since I was a kid . I am afraid of needles and Oceans but with this dentists he did a great job with the needle and the novacane . Had my back tooth pulled out in about 20 mins it seemed like was very fast and easy . Did not feel any pain when doctor pulled out tooth . Great job doc.

Great visit, the dr and staff were very professional. I was referred to this office for a root canal by another dentist, turns out that I only needed to have a filling shaved down. What a relief! I was very pleased with the entire experience; I was especially pleased with how the dr explained everything to me.

I find it so odd that you can talk to two different receptionists within one hour of time and get such different results. Seems like everyone under the same roof should be operating from the same policy of rules. I was told I could receive service if I did a-b-c and I did, and then I was told I couldn't have service in a way that made me feel like they never intended to in the first place. I am a grown woman and have no problems standing up to any of my responsibilities. I hate to be lied to when the truth will suffice every time.

I just got a cleaning done and the person who worked on me did an amazing job. She was also very pleasant and face me great advice on my sensitive teeth. I will definitely be coming back.
