My family has truly love this office. We drive from elsberry to Warrenton just to use Dr. Myeres however this last year and a half they have cancelled our cleanings and exam a couple of times and we rescheduled but this week my daughter drove all that way was 5 minutes late and they turned her away. She was so upset we're now going to switch dentist

Made dentures for my father and he tried for over a year to get them right and they couldn't. If you are a senior don't go there.

As far as the dental work I have no complaints, the dentist is fine along with the people who assist him, it's the people who run the billing that are the problem. I went in to have some work done and since we didn't know how much I had left on my insurance for the year, I paid them $1911 up front. It took me several phone calls and a couple of months to get them to submit the claim to the insurance. They paid them $764. It's been a few months now and I still can't get my refund. I've called them several times, went in person and the person in charge always says she'll check into it and call me back. I've never been called back. I recommend that you stay away from this business, there are several other dentist in the area, and I'm searching for a new one. Update Sept2,2022 Finally had enough and contacted Dental Dental, and they contacted the office. Office told them my refund was in process, like it's been for many weeks now. Also found out that they don't owe me $764, they owe me $1516, as I was i nformed that they over charged the allowed amount that they could charge through my insurance company. What a rip-off outfit they are.

Two stars because the hygienists are wonderful there, and Dr Meyer is pretty good too. But the rest of the experience sucked. Things were improperly handled with my insurance over and over and over. I even called my insurance and then told the office what the next steps were... nope. Still resubmit it again and again under the wrong process and then throw your hands up and just send me a bill saying I had to pay or I'd go to collections. I have EOBs saying exactly what needed to be done too and why things kept getting rejected. Really thought I'd found my new dentist after moving. Now instead of paying my co-pays, etc for services... I paid almost everything out of pocket. I should have paid probably $300-500... I paid like $3000-4000

For regular checkups, they were great and quick and got my three kids in quickly. When my daughter went in for fillings, her first time, she was nervous and they only tried to numb her one time then gave up and referred out. Don't advertise yourself as a family dentist when you can't at least try to soothe a nervous child to get needed dental work. Now we have to wait a whole month before we can even get a consultation with the pediatric dentist they referred us to, and who knows how long she will need to wait to actually get the fillings because the doctor didn't have the patience to try and talk to my daughter.

I live over an hour away I was within 10 minutes of the place and called to let them know I was going to be 10 minutes late and they made me reschedule and drive all the way back home for nothing

This place is awful, I had no insurance and made payments for years to get my teeth fixed. Every tooth that was touched ended up in being pulled or a root canal. Not to mention at one point the dentist slipped and almost went through my intire cheek with his drill. Never once appauligized. I was complaining of pain and it wasnt my tooth it was my cheek and he decided that I needed another root canal. After all the dental work I couldn't afford to get another one so he pulled the tooth because he left it wide open without finishing the job. I paid a fortune just to find out that the crowns and all fillings are either loose or have all fallen out. In order to get what they messed up fixed is going to cost me well over $5000.00 I am completely and utterly heart broken. I just want my smile back and this man completly and utterly destroyed my smile and took advantage of a single mother. They got there money and I will be here trying to fork out another $5000 plus to fix this mess.. Also he sent me to a surgeon to fix his root canaland found out there was nothing wrong with them other then the fact he didn't know what he was doing and the filling fell out under the crown and he didn't drill the toothed right to proly glue the grown on. I pray that this place never hurts people the way I was hurt. I was so sick during this whole ordeal just to find out he didn't even fix the problems he made them worse. Please consider another place when choosing a dentist.

My whole family goes to nikodem dental. Everyone here is so nice. They are always on time and Dr.Meyer is a great dentist! Even my 3 children don't mind to go to the dentist because of the pleasant experiences we've had here.

During the consultation I was told how much my dentures would cost and what I would get. I was told I would have my teeth pulled and two sets of dentures a temporary set and a permanent set. But when it came down to getting the permanent set they refuse to give it to me. They wanted me to wait till I got my bottom teeth pulled. I requested four times to get my second plate and they kept saying wait. Even whenever I was getting ready to move they said wait and we'll send the plate with you. I've called and called and now they refuse to give me my second plate or any kind of a refund on that second plate. Nurses was nice I had one favorite doctor was great would see me whenever needed I just didn't agree with their policies and I am calling the better Business bureau

This office and all the staff there are amazing. I have bad anxiety and they worked with me and made me as comfortable as they could. Definitely plan on keeping them as my dentist office.

Friendly staff that have nothing but your best interest and comfort at heart. They treat you like a person instead of "the 1 o'clock appointment" that they really dont wanna see. Highly recommend these great people

DO NOT GO HERE! I originally went in for a cleaning and was told I had a cavity that needed filled. While Dr. Meyers was drilling on the tooth he slipped and the drill hit my bottom tooth. Since this visit I haven't been able to eat on the right side of my mouth. This was 3 years ago! I have been back multiple times and have spent a lot of money trying to get this fixed just to end up having to get a crown put over it. They put the temporary crown on crooked which caused my to bite my cheek and tongue repeatedly. Then it came off exposing the nerves which was awful. After they put the permanent crown on I went to another trusted dentist to get all Dr. Meyers work corrected. I still can't eat on that side fully yet but I am getting there. I just had another adjustment done today so fingers crossed

Payed $300 with insurance for them to pull a tooth. Then sent me another bill for $60 a year later. Find a cheaper better dentist that will not try to take your wallet
