This is the worst dental office I ever been to. Don't really know how they can even call it a dental office! They have no idea how to fit dentures. They don't know how to do impressions properly, so your dentures are never going to fit. I would not advise anyone to go here.Also they will take your money, and keep your denture. I would not recommend to anyone.

First & second experience at the Hazelwood practice went very well in Spring on 2020. Having decided to look for a different practice after 20+ years found everyone was professional, personable and helpful from the front desk to Dr. Keith Nikodem and his assistant.

My new smile looks great! The staff at Nikodem Hazelwood are the nicest, most professional group I've ever encountered! They helped design a treatment plan that was the best fit for me! I couldn't be happier!!

Very efficient and caring, the Dental Assistant (Alisha) and Dr.'s are very knowledgeable about dentistry, I was having a toothache I called and got in the same day. I would highly recommend Nikodem Dental for all your Dental needs!!

Everyone is friendly and efficient. I was with them for many years awhile back. I have been other places after them due to insurance rules, but they are worth returning to, even though they're not in the network. They are the whole package.

Very professional and friendly staff cares about you and what you need done. They will tell you what they recommend and how much if your insurance doesn't cover it all, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The hygienist and dentist who saw me were both very professional and friendly. My teeth feel very clean and my gums don't hurt. However, please instruct your front desk personnel in how to wear masks properly. One person was having some problems doing that.

My dental assistant was on point professional nice knowledgeable caring patient I couldn't have gotten a better dental assistant and the dentist to pull my teeth was the best. I look forward to coming back, which is not usual for me but it was a pleasurable experience and will recommend this place to anyone that I know that is having issues with their teeth period or just a simple cleaning professional professional professional!

I visited Nicodem for the first time yesterday, the staff at the front were very professional and polite. I was called to the back by an older black lady, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I'm not sure if my youth or lack of insurance was an issue, but I felt that I did not recieve proper care. I was aware that I had issues with three of my teeth, but during this visit I was lead to believe that I would need many of my teeth pulled if I did not come back immediately. The lady told me that my teeth were RAPIDLY declining, based on "SOMETHING that I had to have been doing wrong." I'm not sure how she could have made this assumption considering that she had never examined my teeth before and I am a new patient. Once the dentist came in, he was a lot more polite and respectful, and not surprisingly, he pointed out the three problem areas that I had initially spoken of. Unfortunately, after being coerced by the lady to look at other teeth that she was concerned with, he suddenly began to have major concerns about the health of nearly every tooth in my mouth. He began banging on my teeth trying to induce pain, and asking me if they hurt and if they kept me up at night. After I said no, he paused and looked at the lady and they began to whisper at the computer without giving me insight on what was happening. He also told me that I had spoken of experiencing hot or cold sensitivity, which was simply untrue. I had not had any pain or sleepless nights. I asked how many teeth would need to be pulled, he looked at the x-ray and said it depends on how deep the cavities are. I assumed that he could answer, being that the x-ray was right in front of him. I have been to the dentist often, despite my current situation and I have NEVER been told that I have all of these issues or spoken to in the condescending way that I was yesterday. It's extremely unfortunate that I can only assume that the fact that I'm 21 may have contributed to my negative experience, as the lady did ask how old I was because I looked "so young". I will be seeking care from an office that will respect my time, age, and money.

Pleasant staff. Talked and had conversations. Didn't treat you like a number or paycheck. Fast and excellent. Told me my treatment plan exactly what their going to do. I honestly am always anxious with dentist offices but here I felt very comfortable.
