Dr. Nik enjoys all aspects of dentistry and provides a wide range of dental treatments including implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (conventional and Invisalign), endodontics (root canals), oral surgery, and restorative dentistry. His hobbies include most outdoor activities, skiing, water sports, hiking, and reading.
Dr. Changi is a Board Certified Periodontist who completed his specialty training in Periodontics at theColumbia University, College of Dental Medicine, In the City of New York. He is currently the President of Alumni Association.
Dr. Changi has the expertise to diagnose and manage all types of periodontal and implant related diseases and conditions. He treats patients in both non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment modalities. He also has extensive experience in all facets of oral implantology, including immediate and delayed implant placement, digital treatment planning, guided bone regeneration, implant temporization and management of all implant related diseases. His extensive training enables him to treat patients comprehensively using a multi-disciplinary approach. Dr. Changi has been recognized for many awards. To name just a few, 1st place at the Tannenbaum/Schoor memorial competition at the Northeastern Society of Periodontics and the Scholarly Presentation Award at the NorthEast Implant Symposium for 'Cytocone Technique'.
When Dr. Changi is not treating patients, he enjoys skiing and playing golf. He and his fiance enjoy traveling. he loves pop art; his favorite artists are Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, among others. He also enjoys exploring wineries and wine tastings.
Azita joined our team in 2005 and has over 20 years experience in the dental. She brings her skill and knowledge of helping to assist with patients. Azita enjoys making patients feel at ease. So please do not hesitate to ask her for anything while visiting us. Her hobbies include gardening, and spending time with her two children. Azita is also bilingual in English and Farsi.
Allison began her career in dentistry in 1999 as a orthodontic assistant in Burke, VA, where she grew up. Allison continued her education and received her dental hygiene degree (RDH) in 2005. She has spent time volunteering for Give Kids a Smile and Missions of Mercy. Allison is a dedicated and enthusiastic about making her patients feel comfortable while giving them exceptional care.
Kavneet completed her bachelors in dental surgery from Guru Nanak Dev Dental College, India, in 2008. After moving to the United States in2012, she continued to work in the dental field by volunteering in the Head Start Program and Northern VA Dental Clinic. She received her Associates in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in May 2021. Kavneet is very passionate about building relationships with patients, alleviating dental anxiety, and educating patientson oral/systemic risks.
Julie has been involved in dentistry since 2004 and joined our team in 2010. She is a very knowledgeable and dedicated individual who genuinely cares about our patients. She is very devoted to making sure all of our patients receive the best customer service and care possible with a lot of compassion and understanding. Whether you're in the office or on the phone Julie's bubbly personality will make you feel right at home.
Priscilla has been involved in dentistry since 1997, first as a dental assistant and then becoming an amazing scheduling coordinator. Priscilla's sweet motherly nature will make you feel a part of our family.
Priscilla is from a tiny island in the pacific called Saipan. She has been married for 36 years, has 4 children and a dog named Ziggy. On her down time when she isn't volunteering at Church,she loves to play volleyball, tennis and bowling. She also enjoys gardening, landscaping and fishing.

This is a truly amazing practice with an exceptional dentist, wonderful staff, and incredibly equipped office. My daughter is an immensely satisfied patient and I was visiting from another state when my tooth broke. They fit me in for an assessment and the next morning did the prep work for a crown which was permanently inserted four hours later. The crown is perfect in every way. I am extremely impressed with all involved and very highly recommend this truly exceptional place.

I have been Dr. Nik's patient for many years and I love going to Dr. Nik's office for my dental treatment even although the office is not near my house anymore. It's so inviting and the staff is nice and accommodating. Dr. Nik and his team are world class professionals. From communication, professionalism, compassion, integrity, and patience, I have been always so impressed and still in awe of how above and beyond they go for their patients, their health, and overall satisfaction. Dr. Nik is an amazing dentist, he's attentive, ethical, gentle and so knowledgeable. Dr. Nik is very informed about the cutting edge technology in the dental world and makes me feel at ease with every procedure. It makes the patient feel like they really have a Dr that cares about their health! Everyone there is kind-hearted and very hospitable. In addition, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating with me throughout the whole process. They were wonderful and easy to work with. The ambience is very calming, relaxing and the new office is so glamorous and tastefully decorated. The space was so bright, clean and uplifting. I felt so serene in the new office that I felt like I was in a high-end boutique spa rather than a dentist office--it's a delightful feeling! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The staff is down to earth and will treat you like friends and family.

I had awesome experience. I had my daughters (6yo and 4 yo) comprehensive exam with Dr Nik. He discussed all the treatment options in detail and has very conservative dental approach. Staff at the fron desk Priscilla, Jackie and Julie are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office and I am glad I found dental home for my kids.

My experience at the clinic was very pleasant, the girls at the front desk give you a warm welcome and the clinical team is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Nik is super friendly, extremely professional, dedicated, and patient. He truly is an excellent Dentist. Azi, his Assistant is wonderful, they make a great team. I would a hundred percent recommend this practice, they'll make you feel safe and comfortable while delivering the best care.

Dr. Nik is a wonderful dentist and I'm so glad we decided to join his practice as new patients. Dr Nik and staff are very professional yet warm, friendly and compassionate. Any fears were put to rest because he's thorough on explaining exactly what is being done and really puts you at ease throughout the whole procedure. They are also great at scheduling and insurance issues so there's no hassle either getting an appointment or dealing with any billing issues. Just a great practice overall. I highly recommend going here for your dental needs!

I've been going to Dr. Nik for over 10 years and he is seriously the best! He is super friendly, passionate and skilled and is always equipped with the latest trends and advancements in dentistry. The rest of his staff are also amazing, from the dental hygienists to the ladies at the front desk. It's always just good vibes all around at Dr Niks since everyone is so nice and accommodating. Plus, he recently moved to a new office space that is absolutely gorgeous!

In recent months I have got some complicated dental treatments done by Dr Nick . He is very professional and pleasant. Excellent service , very courteous staff and extremely clean office space. The appointment schedule is followed rigorously with no waiting time during visits . He is the best dentist I have seen over the last thirty years . I rate him very high. Wonderful experience.

It may seem surprising to some, but I actually look forward to my dental visits at Dr. Nik's office, especially their new office. I'm glad I switched doctors. Dr. Nik and his staff are very professional, skilled and caring. The new office is so beautiful and calming that you forget you are there for a dental visit, which is a bonus.

Dr. Nik is hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most efficient dentist ever! Both the offices are so nice and super clean. Theres even TV's above your chair while you are getting treated so you don't even feel like you're at the dentist. The entire staff is also so so nice and make sure you are beyond comfortable. Everybody is so kind and knowledgeable, 5/5 experience !!!
