Many patients feel anxious about their visit, so we have taken some extra steps to reduce nerves and apprehension. First and foremost, we provide a relaxing environment in which you can enjoy comfortable care. Next, we have a series of in-office comforts to keep you feeling calm and reassured. We even offer a games room for our younger patients!

Our team of kind succinctly explains each step of your visit so you feel rightly informed. We take each visit in stages and at a pace that suits your comfort level. When caring for children, we use positive reinforcement and fun communication to keep them occupied and make the visit enjoyable.

Each of our offices has been designed with your comfort in mind. The chill atmosphere has led patients to comment on how comfortable and reassured they felt. Our relaxed vibe has changed the view of many patients, who now look forward to their convenient visit.

Education is key to keeping your smile healthy and bright. Whether you are attending a routine cleaning or receiving a new set of veneers, our friendly dentists pass on their knowledge and explain each step of our treatments. Also, well allow extra time to answer your questions because we want you to feel fully informed about each service.

Although we are spread across multiple locations, you can expect to receive the same high standard of treatment at each office. We share the same values and approach: Make dentistry more convenient, comfortable, and accessible to all.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist.

This place is amazing. They always work with my schedule which is difficult since I essentially work bankers hours. The staff is always very friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time. I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had my first visit today and LOVED the experience. I was seen on time, told exactly what would happen during the exam, why it was happening, what the data meant, etc. I was given options for treatment and offered flexible scheduling. Also, the staff was very friendly, supportive, and not judgmental at all. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Night & Day Dental - General dentist in Raleigh, NC

Although our skilled dentists are trained in many areas of dentistry, there may be times when we need to refer you to a specialist. Thanks to our close relationships within the local and dental community, we are able to invite these dentists to perform these procedures at our office no long commutes of multiple offices to visit, which means you can enjoy all of your care in one place!

The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can't put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes! You will not regret the decision to give them a try! The best of the best of the best!

27yrs as a Dental Assistant/Dental Office Manager Recently answered an indeed ad for Night and Day Dental of Raleigh and Paula Babani responded... She was rude abrasive clearly unprofessional and uneducated. I would never speak to someone the way she spoke to me. This was my first interaction with Night and Day Dental. It will be my last. I should've listened to my peers in the Dental Community. I only pray that their patients aren't treated with this level of disrespect. ~Gina

I have been with Night and Day Dental since 2007. As of lately their services has been horrible. I have been left on hold for over an hour. I call can not speak with anyone but the answering machine. I went for a visit today and waited a hour and some change with no doctor present to fix my partials. I am changing my Dentist.

Very unprofessional and will waste your time! I informed them that I was pregnant when scheduling my appointment 2 weeks out. I also told them I desperately needed a cleaning because I'm having pain and just relocated to the area so I was over my 6 month window. The day of my appointment I get there and they tell me I need a clearance from my doctor because of my pregnancy. I asked them why this wasn't advised when scheduling the appointment when I SPECIFICALLY told the receptionist 2 weeks ago. Luckily, my doctor was able to fax it over within minutes. My appointment was at 4pm and I wasn't called back until 4:30! Just for me to get back there and they tell me they will be doing everything today BUT a cleaning. I asked them why this also wasn't advised when I SPECIFICALLY told the receptionist that I desperately needed a cleaning. They stated that all 1st time appointments undergo X-rays, and other things before a cleaning. I have never ever been told this and I've been seen at many dental offices for the first time and always have my cleanings during my first appointment. Due to me starting a new job in 4 days there's no way I would be able to take off for at least the next month to come back for a second appointment for my cleaning. Thus, I had to leave the appointment to avoid waisting anymore of my time. I have since found a dental office who will see me and perform my cleaning during my first appointment. Do not go to the facility unless you want to told false information and your time waisted.

Horrible I have been trying to schedule for months, no cleanings until December and will put you on hold 20+minutes, until you get tired, and just hang up. And for the last 2 weeks they also give the computers are either down or frozen. Now I'm forced to find another dentist and start from scratch.Big Disappointment

I was a new patient here today. My appointment was at 5:30, I was not brought back until 6:30. The beginning of the appointment was okay other than some faulty equipment causing me to have to change rooms. The hygienist that I saw was very nice and helpful and asked me what I was there for. I told her about a back lower molar that was broken that had been causing me a lot of pain which is why I came for the most part. They did full mouth X-rays and a cleaning which is pretty standard for a new patient. The real trouble began after she was done with her part. She said she'd call for a doctor. I waited at least an hour after that before a doctor finally came. It was extremely rushed I'm guessing because he was extremely behind. He didn't introduce himself or really talk to me at all. He glanced at the X-rays, asked me to open my mouth, looked at it very briefly, spouted off some numbers to a different assistant who came in with him and abruptly left. He left me in the chair laid back so I thought he would be coming back to talk to me especially about the issue I was having. But he didn't, finally the assistant came back and lifted my chair up for me and told me she was giving me my treatment plan. I was very confused because nothing was explained to me especially about the tooth that was actively causing me a lot of pain and the whole reason I came there. Of course the treatment plan had a whole lot of stuff on it but I didn't see anything about that particular tooth especially because the treatment plan was only cavities and that tooth already had a feeling and is partially broken so I'm assuming it needs more than a filling but I don't know because that's what I was hoping the doctor was going to talk to me about. I don't have insurance so I had to sign up for their yearly plan which really stinks because I don't know if I feel comfortable coming back after this experience. So I feel like I really wasted my money and several hours for this and I'm still having this problem. I have had dentist anxiety ever since I was a kid so this level of poor bedside manner and customer service is really something that I'm not sure I can get past even if it means I'm losing a lot of money I don't really have to start over somewhere else. If I had to guess I would say they overbook a lot, probably for profit reasons and I can tell a lot of the staff felt scrambled and stressed because of it. It needs to be less about volume and more about patient care and quality of service but that is not at all what I got today.

Never, ever thought I'd like a dentist office-- let alone love it. But seriously everyone here has been so kind and gentle throughout the process. If you have any kind of anxiety about the dentist, come here!

I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth and had clarified while booking the appointment that I'm in tremendous pain and need to be looked at. I scheduled a check up for the first time at 4 o clock. I was there by 3:50 pm, completed check-in and other requirements before 4 pm and was told I should wait my turn. I waited till 4:55 pm for my turn to come and practically everyone who came after me was called in and some also left. When I enquirer, I was told that the specialist for my case needs to be available before they can allow me to get in (why was the appointment at 4 pm scheduled if there is so much uncertainty of time). Anyway, when I went in, I was hushed to a room and nobody had time enough to have a look at me well. The assistant came to the office few times asked me questions and rushed out before I could ask anything else. Then she took me for a quick x-ray and while I was ready, she went out without switching on the machine, she came back after 10 mins and realized the machine wasn't on, she switched it on and went out again. After all this, the doctor told me to extract my wisdom tooth that was the cause of my problem and when I asked her to do that, she said I would require another appointment to get it done! There was no remedy for my pain and I had to come back without any report, or diagnosis or treatment! I had read very good reviews and hence visited this place, but they are not professional at all. Appointment system doesn't work and they have a lot of clients so they don't value any customer much. Unfortunately, they charged me for that session which didn't help me in any way!

The staff was very friendly! I did, however, have a billing issue after my services. HOWEVER, I called them and explained the situation and Wendy (the office manager) was extremely understanding and resolved all concerns. Yes, everyone may encounter problems or issues with any service out there. What stood out was the office's patient services in resolving my concern. They could have easily denied me and that could have resulted in losing a patient and negative reviews. But that fact that they listened to me, understood my concern, and resolved it was what was outstanding!

It took me about a month to get an appointment! Now that I finally got one, I waited for about 1 hr while everybody else got called up. I went to ask the receptionist and she didn't even try to figure out what was going on. I waited again, and still no luck. I went up again and she told me to take a seat so I left. I have never written a review but I was so mad, bc I live an hr away plus i came after my overnight shift. Never again
