Night and Day dental is by far the best dental office I have been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly and judgment-free and make you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist.
This place is amazing. They always work with my schedule which is difficult since I essentially work bankers hours. The staff is always very friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time. I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.
I had my first visit today and LOVED the experience. I was seen on time, told exactly what would happen during the exam, why it was happening, what the data meant, etc. I was given options for treatment and offered flexible scheduling. Also, the staff was very friendly, supportive, and not judgmental at all. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Although our skilled dentists are trained in many areas of dentistry, there may be times when we need to refer you to a specialist. Thanks to our close relationships within the local and dental community, we are able to invite these dentists to perform these procedures at our office no long commutes of multiple offices to visit, which means you can enjoy all of your care in one place!
The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can't put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes! You will not regret the decision to give them a try! The best of the best of the best!

My appointment was right on time and the office staff was very friendly. And I have to say, Dr.T gave me the most painless visit to the dentist I have ever experienced. I would rate 10 stars if I could. I would never hesitate to use again.

Everyone was nice and they made sure I was comfortable. My complaint is the dentist that did my extraction; he seemed to be rushing, and I really believe he did something wrong when extracting my tooth. It's been over a year and I still have a bump or something near the work space. I hope he didn't do anything wrong because otherwise it was a great experience. The anesthetic was injected with no pain. I'm going to another dentist to see if the work was done properly. I've been wanting to go back but that possibility of something being wrong keeps me from doing so.

This is by far the worst dental office. As you can see from previous reviews this office has went down over the past year because of staff. Unprofessional and no compassion for patients. They give appointments on days they're closed and its impossible to reschedule. This location definitely needs to be closed.

Changing my review. Seems Holly Springs location has a new owner & this dentist has no bedside manner. I suffered from the most painful abscess & called to ask for something stronger than Ibuprofen just for a day or two until my pain subsides and the amoxicillin starts working & she refused. Now I am debating admitting myself into the emergency due to my extreme pain. Mind you the dentist was cold & I felt more like a # than a patient. She just lost my family as patients. The previous owners were so pleasant. I am done with them!

After waiting over two and a half hours past my appointment time, I canceled my appointment. After I canceled my appointment, I still waited on my wife who was back receiving treatment. After I decided to cancel my appointment, the receptionist and another person sitting at the front desk thought it would be cute to speak negatively about the people at the dentist office whispering to each other and laughing about the people who came and went. I've heard Holly springs has great dental care offices but this certainly is not one.

Night and Day Dental is an excellent place; everyone is kind and very good at what they do. I love going to Night and Day Dental in holly springs. My dental hygienist Willie is fantastic and great at making me feel comfortable and good. Everyone here is very professional and friendly, from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the Dentist.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location! Dentist visits are certainly not at the top of my favorite things to do, but the staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The hygienist was AMAZING, and I honestly can't emphasize that enough! She was so detailed and thorough, I'm 35 and I've NEVER had a cleaning like that. She was also so caring and attentive to my teeth sensitivity and walked me through every process with recommendations. Going forward, this will be my regular office. My teeth feel so clean, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. Might I add, at the end of my appointment, my two children (4 and 6) had to sit in the room with me, while my husband got his teeth cleaned. She was sooooo understanding and patient with them, and also gave them coloring sheets and a little prize. She even walked them through a demo of teeth brushing! Above and beyond!!

I was going to give this office a great review. However, I asked about payment and was told numerous times (by front desk staff and dental hygienist) that my insurance covered 100% of my dental work. Last week I received a bill for almost $500. This is something people should know about BEFORE a procedure, especially when asked directly. Many people would not have the extra money to pay for a surprise expense like this and I have never heard of a medical/dental office that lies to their patients about payment. They literally told me it was covered and I didn't need to worry about a co-payment or surprise charge. I am in disbelief and will no longer be coming to this practice. I can't trust them and this is so unfortunate since I originally bragged about their service.

I had a great visit with Dr. Turner, the staff was just amazing, they were all very friendly. They listened to my concerns, gave me options for my care plan, and most importantly, did not push any high priced procedures on me that were not needed. I highly recommend Night And Day Dental!

After a bad experience years ago I had a fear of the dentist; but not anymore. These folks are serious about what they do, but also relaxed and on top of making you feel at home. They made me very comfortable with my extensive work. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to and would recommend you see them. Their attention to detail is top tier and they have far more of a family oriented environment compared to past experiences.

Dr Turner and Angela were amazing! Took there time to explain everything and make sure I understood. The office was very clean and made me fee safe especially with COVID. Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending!

***they continue to be the best dental practice I've ever been to and i am so thankful for all of the people i have encountered there: most notably Dr Turner, Angela, and Abby :) thank you so much for going above and beyond! After having back to back pregnancies & other environmental factors, I had multiple concerns with my teeth. Although the state of my smile is something that really bothers me, I had a terrible experience at an Endontics office that left me terrified to ever step foot in a dentist office again. I decided to ditch my primary dentist and go to Night and Day bc they were the only office that truly helped me during the past bad experience. Dr Turner and Angela have given me a carefully thought out treatment plan that will get everything sorted out. They are honest and caring. Gentle care and patient with my dental anxiety. Yesterday was the start of the treatment plan and I have zero complaints. We are chipping away at the treatment plan and the whole office has been great! I do not imagine that I would be as eager to go anywhere else!

The facilities seemed new and clean, but overall the staff seemed to lack professionalism. I waited for over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back for a basic cleaning, even though I was the first appointment of the day and sitting in an empty waiting room. The receptionists offered no explanation or apology and seemed more focused on ordering their breakfast online. After waiting all that time, I received at best a mediocre inspection and low effort cleaning by a dental hygienist that spent no more than a couple minutes for the entire cleaning and exam. However, during those few minutes she managed to make fun of the fact that I had moved here from New York, and also casually mention that her entire family had COVID. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. If you are looking for a low stress dental practice that runs on time and provides a thorough cleaning and exam, I would not recommend this place.
